Which card to you know and works in your country? As we all know KYC is extreme risky if data gets hacked, like Revolut ........ Obviously ALL providers can see your phone, so identity is already established, and some also wallet, IP/device, top-ups, transactions, Merchant data..... Non KYC card holders are "employee's" of card issuer. | Goblin card | USA (Wyoming) Physical and Virtual Goblin for $350, No ATM fee, deposits: 3.5% and with XMR: 4% · Minimum: $100 USD | | | Privacygateway | $ 5 per month, 3.5% top-up, 3.5% ATM | | offgrid.cash | OG-AQUB Total fees 2-3% (Transaction fee 0.2%), $49-$299/yr (mandatory tier subscription) | | | AgoraCards | Singapore, $500 for physical and $90 for Virtual card, Top-up Fee 2%, FX Fee 1.5%, ATM 2%, Transact Fee $0.10 + 1.5% | | | | | | | KardPay | UAE, Light KYC for physical, 5% to Top up, $200 to buy physical, To spend 1.8%, Per payment fixed $0.25 | | | Sovrae | Singapore, Physical=Light KYC, $ 249 for Physical, $ 89 Virtual, Top up 1.5% Physical, 2% Virtual card, Per-transaction $0.25 + 1.5% fee | | Kolo Card | Kazakhstan,, sumsub 1‑minute KYC (ID, phone, liveness check). 1% on all card payments | | | Solcard | Hong Kong, KYC-required for Platinum tie, Top-up fee: 5% | | | Bing | Hong Kong, KYC for physical card, Top-up fee 2%, Deposit fee 2%, Withdrawal fee 2%, FX fee 2%, Decline transact fee 3%, Cross-Border 1.5% | | | | | | 1inch Card | Virtual-only | | | Jam Card | Virtual only, 4.2% to convert, $36 Minimum deposit, 3% top-up fee, Authorization fee: 0.5 USD, Failed transact: 0.5 USD, FX Fee 1.5-2.5% | | | Kripicard | Virtual-only, Brazil, Funding Fee 4%, Processing Fee $1, Issuance Fee $5, | | | Cardupnow | Virtual only, Activation Fee $50, Deposit fee: 5% per transaction, Declined $0.40 per attempt, payments under $30 $0.40 extra fee | | Mpay | Virtual-only, Undisclosed fees, | | | LasoFinance | Card validity 6 months, non-reloadable | | | Haven | Coming | | | trocador | $0.60 Fee for each purchase, Monthly fee $5, 2.75% Fx fee | | | freedomia | $ 5 per month, Top-up fee 1.3% | | | | | | Pintopay Pintopay is often promoted as a low- or no-KYC card, but its current terms require successful onboarding and verification and permit additional identity or source-of-funds checks.

Bro i think most of your email list cards require KYC if u want to activate / receive card. Based on my research most of the non kyc cards are scams , invite only or crazy top-up fee like 5% .

OP, is this the same as a crypto debit card? There is actually already a topic covering this that provides detailed information; you simply need to apply for a card that isn't already on the list.

I made this a Non-KYC thread, the only sensible way. Sending sensitive data to some unknown internet entity is a sure way to get kidnapped or worse. Market is evolving fast crazy top-up fee like 5% .
Top up fees vary between 2-5%, still better than Bitcoin ATM with 6.5% or more

I have few questions for OP, 1. From your list, have you tried any of those card? 2. What do you think of those list? https://cryptocardslist.com/crypto-cards-no-kyc/https://www.cryptocards.so/en/no-kyc-cardscrazy top-up fee like 5% .
Top up fees vary between 3-5%, still better than Bitcoin ATM with 6.5% or more Bitcoin ATM these days no longer attractive. Aside from high fee, scam that involve Bitcoin ATM give government good excuse to impose limit such as relative low limit or more strict identity verification.

Above is what I see in my mobile app. So there's a physical card but it requires KYC, everything else is non-KYC and I definitely didn't do any KYC when I had my virtual card issued but that was 4 years ago. For what it's worth, I still can issue another one and it doesn't ask me to KYC.

Thanks for confirming my suspicion. It seems card list on https://kycnot.me with KYC level filter remain better starting point.

FYI: I think OP, you needed to put a warning for Non-KYC Card for atleast potential losing a money & using with your own risk. I see you already stated Non KYC card holders are "employee's" of card issuer. Example cases for the reason: https://x.com/lengs4189/status/2100927349177168259- Card Provider already finished KYC/AML by using a company
- Open an account card company
- Mask the buyer of the card as employed to issue the card for you
- Each time you deposit, they fill your balance in the internal system
Source: https://x.com/lengs4189/status/2100927349177168259Basically, the card does not really belong to you. They open or issue the card for you by using someone else's identity or company. Another good thread case regarding Non-KYC Card: https://x.com/CryptoGuyTris/status/2098838890073166031 And Slash Responding to the issue. 1. This is a bad actor abusing our platform trying to “sell” Slash cards issued to their company. 2. As soon as you notified us of this, we found and shut the account down. 3. Every US corporate card platform is a constant target of these platforms.
We’ve built monitoring to catch and immediately ban this sort of bad activity, it is the furthest thing from a “white label”. Source: https://x.com/victorcardenas/status/2098916214320054686
So, put warning to the thread atleast potential losing a money and using with your own risk would be very nice. My advice for people who want to use Non-KYC card: - Don't put a larger amount to the card
- Don't store your funds for too long
- Always use your funds instantly after you got the amount in your card

................... Basically, the card does not really belong to you. ............
Neither does the money in your bank or cash in your wallet. You are allowed to use it, that is it. Not your property and will get fined for destroying it. In recent times a lot of people lost there bank account or large sum of money in the bank (iceland......) Depending on the card but some you can fund straight from your wallet, the others dont deposit large sums. Some are valid for 6 months only and can not be top-ed up again, you need to get new card with single initial loading.

Is making that comparison right though? I mean using card that doesn't belong to your name is probably illegal and the issuer has the ability to take it down anytime, unlike when bank close your account without prior notice. At the very least the public will probably support your case if the second one happens. Makes me remember some bailouts in my country too. Anyway, getting one in my region still feels difficult. Especially if we're looking for a physical card.

^^^ Depending on the issuer, most cards you cant use for gambling sides or other such places and most likely will take it down if you do use it at such a place. Most physical cards by default have no name on it, some let you put a personalized name on it aka "joniboini". Nothing illegal if your boss gives you 100 dollar note to buy something. Each account has a non-custodial wallet, you are in full control of your funds until you top-up the card. The restrictions are mainly what Visa and Mastercard have in place for sanctioned countries. Maybe hard to find a card if you are a resident of: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Russia, Ukraine, Myanmar, Somalia and Yemen. Others because of high risk of fraud like Pakistan and India Agora Card you can not use for: and you out of luck if you life in any of the places

On your list there is at least one no-kyc physical card that has been functional for about a year and a half, only it is not from the US but a little further south. However, you should take into account that although the card does not have an ATM fee, most ATMs will charge you a fixed amount (or a fixed amount + a percentage of the total amount) for each transaction (4+ EUR) when it comes to the EU, and if you are not careful and do not read what is written on the screen, it may happen that the bank whose ATM you use does the conversion, and this is usually a very expensive fee. By the way, there are even virtual cards that can be used to withdraw cash from an ATM (Google Pay via NFC), but each such card has its own price and at least 2% for top up fee + at least that much for currency conversion.

This is interesting, but the cheapest option being $5 A MONTH is awfully expensive. I've had cards where $15-20 fee would get you lifetime service (in reality probably would have to pay again once the card expired, I never checked on them after they expired though). I mean that would be somewhat ok if it was a physical card, but for a virtual card this is a nonsensical fee.

Are you looking for reliability and quality or cheap things that disappear before you actually start using them? Why do you think someone would give you a physical NO KYC card for $60 a year? $5 might buy me a beer, but obviously that's an amount that means a lot somewhere.
