The video looks real to me, it is not looking like content creation and am not surprised because i know the kind of emotions that comes with losing certain bets, especially when it was few games remaining or just a single game left for the game to play.

If he thought that they did not sign good players then why did he picked the team to win?

I am seeing the regret in his eyes, that is what happens when we don't expect the outcome to be a bad one as well, but anyone who make a bet should be prepared for both win and loss, and should accept whatever the outcome is.

Oh the irony and hypocrisy of gamblers who get frustrated when their bets fail. I watched the clip, it looks real because the man is actually in pains due to how he rely on Manchester United to win their game, but they failed with one man advantage over Manchester City even though there are a lot of controversies in the game as the VAR made error that cost Manchester United the whole three points, but they could have taken the advantage of the one man down to score at least one goal to win the match, they played like they are the team with one man down.

However, about the signings of the players, the management should be responsible for that because they had the opportunity to do that and prioritize business over the team's success, that is the reason the team was struggling and many coaches came and couldn't make anything good out of the what the team has at hand, and they will keep struggling if they can't sign players to help the team.
