‎To use a standard crypto address reveals your financial history on the public ledger or pubic Blockchain like Bitcoin and that's why CEX prefer it because it also helps to monitor every user and keep their backend costs low without scattering funds into thousands of tiny pockets, making the system slow, expensive, and difficult to manage.
‎We know however that hardware wallets rotate addresses automatically to protect your privacy, which is a difference that can disrupt the issues of having a financial footprint that can be traced, if you know what you are doing to ensure your privacy is secure.

‎Although I got to learn some  CEX exchanges can allow users to manually generate a new deposit address on demand for their enhanced privacy against third parties that can trace their transfers and activities back to them. However, it remains an operational inefficient practice for most CEX infrastructure, so this is where platform variability matters if you want address rotation to ensure your privacy, because a major exchange like Coinbase automatically generates fresh Bitcoin receiving addresses for privacy, while others like Binance or Kraken often issue static addresses by default or require manually clicking to request a new one, where it is supported.

‎An alternative Setup is using a Self-Custody bridge, hence why I have been using a hardware wallet address rotation system to compare to most CEX from the onset.
‎If a CEX only offers static addresses, users who want privacy can usually route transfers through a self-custody wallet first by sending funds from the source of funds to a hardware or software HD wallet of which generates a new address automatically for free.
‎Then transfer the funds from the self-custody wallet to the CEX of choice.
‎This should be enough to break direct third-party chain analysis links between outside senders and the exchange account and ensure your privacy isn't tracked or traced by third parties easily without even relying on the CEX's feature set of either allowing address rotation or not.

Your opinion is welcomed!

Sounds very smart but on what grounds? If you want privacy it should be total privacy and not partial right? Because why would one seek privacy through address rotation when you are using a CEX where you data’s are at the mercy of the operator and however if the worst comes to worst which you might be avoiding they can freeze or confiscate your coin leaving you with no real privacy as you desired or if a high authority demands your tracks or transactions then you had no privacy.

It's because majority of us use CEX mostly because we got onto the crypto currency market newly and know nothing about DEX or we use CEX for convenience sake. Hence why I thought this as a smart way to evade scammers or hackers easily and be more private, without me giving a thought for demands of personal data by higher authority as in the government for certain reasons. Still, I think this address rotation strategy should help give one an edge.

But the question is privacy against who? There are reasons for which people have to use CEX, this is the most regulated and clean way to get fiat. If you want fiat in your name, and you fully declare it and all then you want your name associated with those transactions and coins. That makes it easier to prove everything. But even if I want that, I don't want people that I send some money to or pay something to know everything that I own. So if I send someone some money from an address that is related to my CEX address, then they could investigate this address and maybe find out other transactions or coins that I have. This is even worse when people use an exchange that does not let you generate a new address and they have been using it for a long time. They can expose all of their deposit history since they began using the exchange by sending money from an address that is related to this. So you won't have total privacy which is not a goal of this, but you will have partial privacy and it is important. We have seen many people get attacked physically for having crypto in recent years.

In a big data leak by a CEX we are safer because we are one small user out of millions. Leaking privacy to strangers directly and individually is worse because it makes us direct targets. If someone is already using a CEX for some reason, then they should do stuff like things to protect themselves.

Of course if you are using CEX, scammers and hackers already have limited access to you on the basis of, if you don’t assist in the process of scamming you by sending or misplacing your keys or access to the wallet or CEX account you can get back your funds especially if it was a general hack or something. So if you consider all this and the major ways of hacks and scams you will figure out that it’s mostly targeted at wallet with self custody so it can be accessed once and no permission will be needed on biometrics or any other thing.

However, it’s not a bad idea either. Whatever that is good for the protection of your money regardless of how small or how big it should be prioritized.

I simply do not get where the privacy lies in all of that if at the very end of all that chain transaction distortion the whole process still stops at your CEx wallet account. And this where all your data information is already sitting comfortable in their palm.

The very minutes a transaction is made from a self custody wallet to a CEx address then there is already a compromise of identity and a link to that self custody wallet is marked. Having some level of privacy is not same as absolute privacy.

OP, you are just beating around the bush and your analogy is very incorrect. Let's break it down step by step. Let's say I have 2 individuals who wants to pay into my Hardware wallet, say Mr A and Mr B, sure the HD wallet will generate different address for each payment.

Now let's say Mr A sends first and you transfer the coin to your CEX address, then Mr B sends and you transfer it to the same CEX address, where exactly is the privacy protection in this? Address rotation only hides the fact that both of them paid to the same receiving address. So long as all transactions are visible on chain, then a blockchain analyst can link those transactions and addresses to your exchange deposit address by means of on chain data and possibly by means of transaction clustering.

Well, you are right.
However, am more concerned about the people you receive payments from and not chain analysis. My post really only highlights local privacy between senders but not against sophisticated tracking tools.

To actually break an on-chain link would require one to use more privacy focused tools like CoinJoins, or privacy coins like Monero.

Wallet address rotation without creating a new key for each address still doesn't hider your blockchain history to be tracked, and at such doesn't provide any additional privacy.

Using different Wallet for each transactions means you creating a new Wallet and address and not just Wallet address rotation within the same wallet, to be any second layer of privacy.

Even though you are talking about people who receives payment from Bitcoin, because it's still unprofessional to be regenerating a new Bitcoin address when you want to receive payment from it. But though, in some certain level, if it is a new client you are trying to receive payment from, at least in some ways, it will prevent the person knowing your transaction history and how much you currently own in Bitcoin. But if it is a regular client you are using for the same gig and the same purpose, such as we receive payment here from signature campaigns, it won't make sense to keep generating new Bitcoin address every time you apply and get accepted into a signature campaign. As it will make it look unprofessional. But if it's for different gigs and purposes, then it's obviously okay, inasmuch as you still don't transfer all the Bitcoin to a totally new and the same address.
