Story:
I opened an account with MyNitro.io (Nitrobetting) and deposited 300 USDT and 4.41 LTC.

I subsequently requested two withdrawals. Both withdrawals remained pending/in queue for the Processing Manager. Customer Support repeatedly told me that the Processing Team was conducting internal checks and that there was nothing required from my side.

After approximately a week of waiting, I lost access to their support service and my subsequent emails have not been answered.

My account currently has approximately 1,206 USDT remaining unpaid.

This is not a case where I made a large profit and then had the entire balance withheld. The funds remain unpaid and I have not received a specific explanation for why the withdrawal has not been processed.

I know there are umltiple Bitcointalk complaints describing similar delayed or unpaid withdrawals, and sadly this site used to be quite reliable in the past.

Their support stated that the withdrawal remained pending because the Processing Team had not completed its review, that Customer Support could not see the specific checks being performed, and that the case had been escalated to the Processing Manager.

They subsequently stopped providing support and have not responded to my emails.

I canceled my requests and requested 1USDT withdrawal, which they are also ignoring.

Absolutely, but many of us already know this, they are selective scammers and they have been doing this for a long time now. No wonder they rebrand every now and then to look legitimate and hide the accusations against them under a new domain.

Unfortunately, you can only wait and see if they return your money to you, even though it is unlikely, as they hardly ever resolve cases like this. There is nothing any of us can do, other than add more negative feedbacks to their profile, which doesn't help you.

I know there are umltiple Bitcointalk complaints describing similar delayed or unpaid withdrawals, and sadly this site used to be quite reliable in the past.

If you have noticed their shady behaviour, then why have you chosen them to gamble? If you search on the scam accusation board about them, then you will find a lot of allegations against them. You are also aware of them and should avoid this kind of shady platform.

However, it seems you win a decent amount; hence, they are trying to scam you. I don’t see any other reason to block your withdrawal. You could try to raise concern about mediators; they might try to help you. Because their profile is already red-tagged here. They won’t care much about reputation.

Since this is your only topic/post on this forum, i have zero clue what you are talking about and you have not helped by posting this line without any additional information. MyNitro.io is renowned as selective scammers.
