MineBit Casino will certainly honor most of their withdrawals but when it comes to a staggering amount of $800K USD, they will come up with all sort of excuses to avoid paying out, even to the extent of voiding all your Balance.
This is how @MinebitHQ and co-founder/Ex CEO of DuelBits Marco Pinnisi, voided over $800,000 USD of my legitimate winnings.
Since August 2025, MineBit Casino has refused to pay out my balance of over $800,000 USD, hiding behind selectively quoted terms, deleted chat history, and illogical claims. Here is the complete breakdown of what happened.
1. The Bait & Switch It started with normal gameplay. I made an initial deposit and successfully withdrew $4,400 USD. MineBit’s game providers directly verified the legitimacy of my bets before processing the payout.
Shortly after, MineBit’s Head of VIP, "Kate," personally reached out on Telegram to build rapport, encouraging me to deposit more raw cash and stay active on the platform.
2. The Ghosting When I Hit Big I continued playing with 100% raw cash—no promotional bonuses, no rakeback, no wagering requirements. My balance grew to USD 800,000+.
As soon as I attempted to process further withdrawals:
"Kate" abruptly claimed she no longer worked at MineBit.
She deleted our entire Telegram chat history and blocked me.
My account was abruptly locked and closed.
3. Changing Justifications & Video Evidence MineBit initially claimed my winnings were voided because I am a resident of Singapore. However, all gameplay occurred while I was physically in Malaysia. I provided clear passport documentation showing my Malaysia entry stamp with no exit stamp during the active gameplay period.
Once provided with proof, MineBit changed their stance, claiming Malaysia was also a restricted jurisdiction.
The truth: I have video evidence of a Telegram conversation with MineBit’s Social Media Manager explicitly confirming that playing from Malaysia was permitted and that withdrawals would have zero issues.
4. Breaching Their Own Contract (Clause 10.3) MineBit cited Clause 10.1 and 10.3 of their Terms & Conditions to justify closing my account. However, they selectively omitted the second half of Clause 10.3, which explicitly states:
"...in which case any balance on the Account on the date of such closure will be refunded to You as soon as it is practicable for us to do so."
At account closure, my balance was $800,000+ USD. Under their own written contract, this entire balance is owed back to the player upon account closure.
5. Retracted Offers & Fake Claims "Deleted Data": During an AskGamblers dispute, MineBit offered to refund my deposits. But once AskGamblers closed the case on internal guidelines (stating they cannot judge T&C fairness), MineBit retracted their offer, claiming my "account data was deleted." How does a licensed casino simply "lose" player data?
False Bonus Abuse Allegations: MineBit threw out vague claims of "bonus abuse." I never activated or wagered a single promotional bonus on their platform. Everything was played with raw deposited cash.
Summary I have been fighting this issue for nearly a year with zero assistance or resolution, did not even receive any response from Anjouan Gaming after I filed my dispute. @MinebitHQ and Marco Pinnisi are acting in clear bad faith, violating their own published contract, and withholding life-changing funds.
Recently during the period of August 2026 and September 2026, through a trusted 3rd party individual, MineBit initially offered me $20,000 to settle this issue, with these following conditions:
1. Mark all as resolved and copy his apology into all of the forums 2. Make a clear X post about all of this 3. Sign a legal document confirming he cannot further defame Minebit and admit prior defamation and they agree not to legally do anything about the past
I mean, need I say more? Mind you, during the entire discussion, I have not talked to anybody from MineBit, it was all through the 3rd party individual. Even my request to speak to them directly was ignored.
It sucks to still see them still operating and promoting on places like Bitcointalkforum..
