There's always been a lot of talk about Bitcoin adoption in many countries, and the just recent example is Senegal,ca country with a fast growing economy taking the step of fully allowing Bitcoin to be a player in its financial markets, joking countries like El Salvador.

Just a couple of days ago we saw the clarity act in America although the bill didn't go the prospect of crypto being a key player wouldn't just go away.

Individuals, institutions and even governments turn to crypto for the advantages on offer; cheaper cross border payments, hedge against inflation faster payments, store of value... Just to mention a few. One key thing to note is that no one is directly pointing at one particular crypto as a general preference.
So we could likely see a completion between the most popular and for different reasons; Bitcoin, stablecoins, Solana etc. The term "scramble for Africa" was used because Africa is an interesting target market. As statistics show that over 16 countries see crypto as legal, with a lot more to join, maybe even our beloved Naija.

Although Bitcoin could boast the current highest market share, something is certain, a scramble is inevitable!

If you check bitcoin dominance in CMC, you would see it is about 58% and Ethereum is about 11% and other coins take about 20%+. This is to tell you that bitcoin has super dominance amongst all. Bitcoin is different from altcoins in different ways than just one reason.

So to make example of the slavery era of about 15th century in Africa is not to be compared to what is happening with bitcoin in this century.

There is no scramble for cryptocurrency, bitcoin is the community coin whose identity is ascribed to Satoshi. There can be scrabble for altcoins and not bitcoin.

I don't rey understand your explanation for the phrase "stable for African" neither am I able to see the connotation with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. If you are referring to Bitcoin dominance, it is already certain that Bitcoin leads, others follow. Bitcoin dominance is not going to change or even reduce beause Bitcoin is gaining acceptability while others are moving towards extinction.  More people will definitely continue to embrace bitcoin because of the irresistible advantages it holds over fiat.

Are you learned? Or your dumb? Because right now with all the walls of text and compilation of English you sound so retarded and maybe don’t even know the meaning of the words you put together in order to create this thread and I beg the mod of this board not to move or delete this thread because I will love to see you come back here OP to give solid clarification on this thread and the meaning of all you typed.

Scramble Africa was a notion used to describe how colonialism screwed up Africa without the presence of African leaders and somehow in crypto space there is scramble Africa that is inevitable because Africans are adopting crypto?  Huh Bro like are you serious with this. Please op @ CTO114 come back here and explain in details what you mean with all this and I will be waiting.
