Technology is moving towards improvement, different types of work can be used in the healthcare with AI. Currently, we can see that different types of activities are going on to use AI in different types of critical work.
AI is doing good helpful work in small small things in the healthcare sector but bringing AI towards critical works seems to be taking a dangerous form.
Normally, are you seeing the use of AI in the healthcare sector in a good way or in a bad way?
As we know, AI helps humans in all fields, but among them of all fields, the most sensitive department is healthcare, where a small mistake can lead to a patient's death. What's your opinion about the use of AI in healthcare? In my opinion, in healthcare, I don't recommend it completely and don't deny its usage. Here are some reasons, such as facilitating medical staff, making reports, identifying major signs, and reading reports in these fields. AI must be useful, and its work is able to be appreciated, but diagnosing a disease by communicating with patients is not recommended. For example, if an AI tool diagnoses the wrong disease, then its effect on the patient is unbearable.
So I do not have any issue with the use of AI, but I'm trying to convince people that AI is not completely trustworthy in the medical field, especially in diagnostic centers. Maybe in upcoming years, AI will completely dominate this field. What's your opinion about it?
