Well, if we want to move closer to LEV, then we need AI in this sector, no doubt about it. Age reversal for me is one of the primary roots that I feel we need sorted, as that will clean up a lot of the illnesses that are derived from aging. Also, if people are healthier and get the age reversal treatment, there will be less impact on HEALTHCARE COSTS... Decentralized governance anyway is something I would advocate for as well within a loose federation, even if there were still central governments at that point. Although some of the big labs have stopped allowing certain kinds of medical studies in the U.S., I feel China will go all the way when it comes to medical research. Let's see how it goes; I am keeping a watch mainly in this sector.

Technology is moving towards improvement, different types of work can be used in the healthcare with AI. Currently, we can see that different types of activities are going on to use AI in different types of critical work.

AI is doing good helpful work in small small things in the healthcare sector but bringing AI towards critical works seems to be taking a dangerous form.

Normally, are you seeing the use of AI in the healthcare sector in a good way or in a bad way?
When we were in School as medical students we were scared that advanced technology will take our job. But now that we are the healthcare practitioners we have seen that AI makes our easier. From machine monitoring to discovering easier to diagnosis.  AI in Healthcare will be a good thing if the person using it understands that AI is prone to mistakes and error and should not be solely dependent on it.

I think it is good to use AI in the health sector but we should balance it like on one side AI is better to use for small and the work which is repeated again and again and also to manage the hospital record to find small things in the X rays or scans and to make easy the work for doctors to so that they will give some extra time to patient. But if we give or leave everything to AI so it is very dangerous and excessive use of every thing is bad so we should balance it.

At some point of view AI has been of a positive impact to the healthcare system because it with their help that some many things are made easier and some impossible and difficult task have been made easier. For instance, the example you made about X-rays, CT scans and so many of them, with AI doctors and Byrnes are able to see through the human flesh and see the abnormality and look for a solution and it with the AI help. Even at some point AI helps out in paper works at the hospital and make everything more easier and less complicated for the nurses.

But there have also been some series of cases of how AI made mistakes and make diagnosis error to patient so they still need to be precautions to be followed and most importantly we can’t rely on them totally. I think AI just can't be relied on fully yet.

This is precisely where, in the work of nurses, AI can really be much more useful and less risky than in the work of doctors. Nurses keep a large amount of documentation, track work, keep records. And in this, AI could definitely help, as it has already proven itself quite well in structuring and systematizing information. Plus, nurses have a significantly lower level of responsibility than doctors, and therefore the risks are lower in case of mistakes.

What do you mean by AI will be dangerous if used in critical stuff? Was that not the whole essence of creating AI. If AI is used for easy stuff, then I see no need of even using and the reason why it was created. Easy stuff can already be done by humans within minutes. Hard stuff takes days or even hours. And AI does that in seconds.

Your fear is valid but pointed at the wrong direction. Your fears should be AI shouldn't be used in the wrong direction. As AI and every other thing man creates are just tools. What it is used for depends entirely by the human and nothing ot do with the tool itself.

I would say that this is both a blessing and a cause of danger because the healthcare sector is delicate and this requires a certain level of carefulness it is dangerous to leave the safety of patients into the hands of robots that can malfunction at anytime, it is true that they mke our work easier and faster but at the same time this could be very dangerous. The only way that this would be safe is if they are used under the supervision of humans to ensure that nothing goes wrong.

Technology is developing, which is why its impact will be on healthcare. I definitely think negatively about AI for healthcare because without AI, it will definitely be difficult to do complex tasks at present. However, it is not that AI does not make mistakes, but if they make mistakes in the healthcare sector, it can be a big threat to life. That is why I will definitely consider AI not as a substitute for doctors but as an assistant to doctors. A doctor can use AI for diagnosis and monitoring, but it will definitely not be acceptable to me. If AI is used to help doctors for every treatment, it will definitely seem profitable. Since current AIs are more advanced, many complex tasks are now becoming easier, but I am not interested in treatment by trusting AI, if AI is used to facilitate work under the supervision of a doctor, then it will definitely be profitable.

Whether we like it or not, AI is going to enter the healthcare sector… starting with patient care and perhaps even taking over more complex cases… We can't avoid this because it's already part of technological progress. Just as when computers were first introduced many people resisted them, and some feared they would replace human jobs... but look at how things are now, we see computers everywhere. So it will be the same as AI in the healthcare sector and other sectors, it will gradually become integrated, and we'll have to get used to it.

AI is actually used in several medical sectors for over 3 years now, with great success.
One example that comes to mind is finding cancerous melanoma that doctors would otherwise have missed - just by analyzing a photo of a skin area.

I am extremely sceptic regarding several facets of AI (its insane energy and resource consumption, its anti-social effects etcetc.), however I believe AI will, and already does play a very beneficial role in healthcare, both regarding research and direct treatment and diagnostics.

Currently AI is being used as an advantage in all sectors including healthcare. But no conscious person will rely on AI for treatment. Because any mistake during treatment means a lot loss. AI basically gives advice based on the information that is being given. In this case the same symptoms can be different diseases in different people. A doctor makes a decision after listening to the patient's description as well as conducting various physical examinations.

Even we usually see many cases where the doctor cannot diagnose the disease correctly even after doing many medical tests. Where in some cases even an experienced doctor cannot be able to give the right treatment. So I never think it is logical to rely only on AI. And I think that the AI platforms that have been created should have some restrictions on medical treatment-related issues. Where AI will provide medical-related information, help in research, but will not directly prescribe any medicine.

I believe you should take everything the AI says with a grain of salt; even AI like chatgpt say that they might be wrong about something, and it is imperative to have answers from proficient doctors in the health niche.

Most of the time they give us some old information, I have never faced any wrong information till now, but if I ask them for new information or tell them to find this information for me, they give me old information many times.

But yes, always trusting this kind of AI is never a right decision. Every person should take the idea from AI and after taking the idea, search for that comment from all other places to see if it is the right comment or not. It is best if there is a person around you who has knowledge about the information you are searching for, that person can learn from him or collect information.

Using AI in the healthcare system can be really helpful, especially for tasks like disease diagnosis. However, AI should strictly be viewed as an assistant or a decision support tool. Medicine isn't one size fits all, and since every patient has a unique biology and medical history, you can't just apply a single cookie-cutter treatment to everyone. At the end of the day, it takes a human doctor's clinical experience and intuition to make the final call and personalize the care.
