Thanks for your reply. I mentioned WhatsApp purely to expedite future internal notifications regarding when cards were ready, as the platform's internal chat sometimes lags.
So in plain terms, you were trying to conduct future transactions off the site?
And that is exactly what happened. The trade was completed inside the system, the buyer got the cards, and the platform took its commission.
I get that part, and since that's what happened, i don't think they are right to withold your funds, except they have a rule in their T&C that allows them to do so in cases like this. The fair thing to do would be to allow you withdraw your money, since the trade was completed in the platform and they had their commission, then they can decide to restrict you from accessing the platform in the future if they feel you have broken their rules.
Keeping a user's honest funds and demanding a $100 ransom for an automated bot's misunderstanding is completely predatory, which is why I am fighting this.
I agree with you on that. Though since they do not have any presence here, there is little to nothing that we can do to really help.
