Okay, can you please likely to list those heavily offenses in the ToS so users will know them. Because there are different offenses can lead to those heavily offenses. Money laundry, big amount withdrawal or account connection. And what is minor offence for the user might be heavily offense by you. People see offences differently. Though you have up to 70+%  of No KYC as you said. Yet you have to state it in the ToS so people will be aware on the areas.

Reading an outdated ToS is like a time wasting, and it's useless, so if you consider your ToS is outdated compares to what your business is doing, you must update ToS as soon as possible.

We have done so much that sometimes things like this happens, our bad  but its already back to its original form, we still need to add some details regarding KYC, as we are no KYC as stated but in rare cases which I totally agree that should be defined in detail we might ask for KYC.
