License proves a point that a casino is really in for business and it doesn't matter if there has being other casinos that scammed and ran away with customers funds despite having a registered license. What a casino has to do is to avoid any thing that could cast some unnecessary suspicions on them by intending customers.

To be honest, in the past I tend to overlook the whole licensing thing, but with the whole AI making it easy for anyone to just build and deploy their own site, I have increased the importance of a license when selecting a gambling platform that I want to use.

For a new site, a license would help boost the trust people would have in it or give users more confidence when using the site for the first time, but at the same time, there are a lot of sites which did well without a license but just that they would face more resistance at their early stage compared to one with a license.

Plinko Update: Variable Odds & Editable Boards

Our upgraded Plinko introduces variable odds and an editable peg board, giving you more ways to customize each drop.

Adjust the board’s pegs and deflectors to influence the pebble’s path. Different board configurations can produce different outcomes—even with the same seed.

Try the updated Plinko and let me know what you think!

Well, this is indeed interesting.
This is the first time I see a plinko game which allows gamblers to add elements on the board in order to influence the path of the ball. Obviously, the idea is to try to get even higher multipliers than one would get with a normal board, with no modifications but I cannot help to think this may be a little bit misleading. As there is no way those modifications can be as effective as people could initially believe. Otherwise, it would drastically decrease the edge of the house in favor of the gambler, resulting in the casino losing money because of those modifications.
They may offer a very slight advantage which statistically must be lower than the edge of the house in that game...
I am feeling tempted to try it myself, just to know how right or wrong I am about this one.

Yeah it's very important to verify how legit a license of a casino is for the avoidance of falling for all those Ai shits, although some people argue it that a casino isn't a guarantee for a freshly developed casino to be classified as a no scammer but then I do believe it binds the casino by law to be accountable should anything go wrong unlike with non-licensed casino.

A license is actually an encourager for gamblers to use a casino without casting doubt about them but with reputation gradually built through fast payments, clean withdrawals and the rest, these would gradually build trust from gamblers even without an existing license, but then it doesn't take off the risk of using an unlicensed site.

Yeah, that is what I thought.
It would be a very bad business for your casino if people was actually able to defeat the house edge through this mechanic, It would not make any sense from the point of view of the administration of the casino.
Still, it is kind of refreshing to see something different than the typical plinko game where one just happens to press a single button and wait for the result.
Is this the only game on this casino which happens to have a different mechanic like this one or there are other games which have something different, perhaps your original dices or your slots ?

Next week a new game will be added, completely our IP, very engaging and simple mechanics yet something you can master and have lots of power changing the outcome! Im preparing the release post this weekend.

We had a scripting logic for some games that you could write strategy in script, was too complicated for most so we removed it.

If your casino policy on KYC is like you said, it's best to advertise your casino is KYC.

I feel it's quite wrong to shill your casino as no-KYC casino while there are "rare cases" which trigger KYC request from your casino on users. With such terms that will be applied anytime in the future, your casino is KYC.

It's nothing bad to say our casino is KYC but in rare cases which are described in our ToS, for example. If I am the owner, I will describe about my business like this, and will never say our casino is no KYC but in rare cases KYC will be requested.
The most annoying thing some casinos normally do is when they're not straight forward with their words, they say a particular thing just to win people's hearts and mean another after they've gained what they want. If you're a KYC casino then it's fine, I see no big deal saying it out for someone that is signing up to be aware of want he's venturing in. However, having people signing up with the impression that it's not a KYC and later coming up with a different thing is like going back on your words and is not good. I will rather appreciate it when I'm being certain of the whole thing so that if I'm signing in, I will make sure I am fully prepared.

We do not have KYC, We have very well defined restrictions on Withdrawal and Deposit which is credit based. the only verification we ask for is the Email.

Also we are transparent about our bankroll, min bet and max bet, We also let player to create their own games and contribute to Bankroll.

This is very good, because if most casinos can be coming out clean like this, most of the issues they are having with their customers wouldn't be there in the first place. You will see a casino saying that they are a no kyc, but once someone is trying to make any big withdrawals, that's when they will start asking for it, which wasn't the case before then.

Most gamblers are people that don't joke with honesty, because if they are being lied to just for once, they will completely lose trust in your words because you have given them reason to believe that you or the casino is a dishonest entity, which will never change to such type of persons no matter what you do after then to make them think otherwise.

If that's the case then it is fine. You see one thing about this whole casinos business especially when in their initial stage like this, it important they ensure everything is clearly done as it's said. It looks simple  but means a whole lot in building a solid brand. However, you guys are welcome to the forum and i hope to see you at the top soon. Good luck.

And don't you think not having KYC/AML could create a problem between you and regulators in the future ? Perhaps things are okey now because your volume in deposits and wagering is not as big as the majority of big casinos which ar regulated. But if you start to grow fast, then I am afraid it will be just matter of time before some men in black will get to you and knock on your door to force you to comply with KYC/AML regulations.

It would seem that only small casinos are the only ones who can continue to keep their operations KYC-free.

Would you care to share what the wagering requirement before being able to withdraw from your casino is?

We are crypto only, wagering size won't force us to have KYC though if a single/multiple big bad entity ( legally ) interacts and moves money through us yes that might cause a problem though we have AML in place and immediately flag suspicious behavior, most likely better than majority of platforms with license out there.

It's a legal concern ( I can't really give you a definite answer as it is out of my domain) though if in future we are forced to have it we will add it but it won't affect users prior to that time nor their current deposit.

The things is your terms aren't quite straightforward with the wagering requirements, either deposit wagering nor bonuses wagering.

Btw, are those supposed to be rewards from the latest promotion?
Both approximately 10$ each and it has been pending for three whole days?

I think we are being too humble about them Smiley Bonus wagering is per promotion (x20, x30 so far are cap), but deposit wagering is x2 deposit , I will pass this on.

We are really busy on the game front we had two releases, one very IP new type of game fate-chain another is a slot game "Crazy Wasabi" - Beta - both high multipliers.

I'm not sure what promotion you are referring to, We had two main events, which paid fully and a few have withdrawn with significant win ( x10 , x5) on the bonus.

I'm referring to the promotion of fatechain launch that you guys posted to the forum a few days back, and that's the only promotion I participated in from your casino anyway.

Since then, those transactions appeared on my account dashboard, I thought it was the rewards for the Fatechain launch promo - or maybe not 🤔

I believe fatechain bonus is already given to the winner ( winner is not first to post the username but first to get the result )
though I will be happy to give you a BTC bonus if you want to try the platform ( same withdrawal rules apply )

I have read some discussion on this thread and noticed arguments about the KYC. I have tried to find the terms from your sites; it seems you removed the terms regarding KYC, or I am missing the part. Search doesn’t work. But it seems to have age and jurisdiction restrictions. I am not sure how these are going to be handled without asking for personal documents. What’s the problem if you don’t claim no-KYC when you probably ask for the KYC?

Shouldn’t disappoint gamblers just for your marketing. I really don’t want to see any allegations against you regarding KYC since you claimed to be a no-KYC gambling platform. Just make sure everything is running smoothly to build your reputation on the forum.

We have age restriction in our terms, jurisdiction is up to user and we want to stay away from some jurisdictions by design though we have no limitation nor tool to detect except IP Location base rejection not profile affecting .

We have no KYC. Period.

I don't think that they remove regarding the KYC verification, here if you search on site KYC you won't find any TOS, Here in their terms and conditions, they have not used the word KYC even once, but if you look at points 1.3 and 4.6 of their TOS page, you will understand where the contradiction with "no KYC" actually occurs.
I am quoting them-
TOS-1.3
Quote from: Wasabi
....................................we may request identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.................................
TOS-4.6
Quote from: Wasabi
...................................We are not required to tell you why a withdrawal is held, and we may ask you to verify your identity or the source of your funds before releasing it. We are not responsible for delays caused by review, network congestion, transaction fees, or blockchain processing times....................
We have no KYC. Period.
I want to believe that this is a strong statement from your official side but your statement completely contradicts the above mentioned TOS-1.3,4.6. So I would say if you are really a No KYC based Casino then quickly solve the contradictions in TOS.
