This new rules will give both advantage and disadvantage to both the athletes and bettors, but on a general note, is ok for female athletes to compete against their gender and same with the male counterparts, this is possible to achieve equal muscular strength for all and not getting manipulated by trance gendered opponents.

logically, there is always going  to be two genders and that's male and female, I don't know if this thing about changing a person's gender is a social or mental construct. in my opinion, if someone is a male by birth but decides to become a female that's their choice but they should not play any sport with females that's totally out of line. imagine how chaotic it would when a transwoman competes with women in a game like boxing, wrestling and other sports that involves physical contact, changing gender doesn't change the fact that the athlete is a male.

I agree with you, gender change can never be social, it is completely created from a person's own mentality, as a result of which he changes gender. However, when a man transforms from a man to a woman, a man never actually becomes a woman. I think that women should be given the place of women and men should be given the place of men. If we are in wrestling or boxing and all the physical sports where women are with real women and men are with real men, then we can never expect discipline there, this is absolutely clear.

No as a gambler how do you see for example transgender female athlete participating in the women's competition at the Olympics or how will this or a gender neutral competition at Olympics and other sports competitions affect gambling.

Transforming yourself to a female doesn’t make a woman, so let’s get that straight. You still have the strength of a man so there’s no way a natural female would be expected to have the same physical strength in every circumstance. As for me, I don’t think it’s advisable for a transgender female to participate in the women’s sports, especially in sports where differences in physically attributes could affect fairness, safety and integrity of the sport. Sports organizations should carefully consider this factors when developing policies for participation.

I would watch. as the players would likely play better than a true girls league.

now could hurt attendance in true woman's leagues but it is still better than the tranniees playing against true women.
