Donald Trump has opened a poll on Truth Social and X asking whether Artificial Intelligence should be renamed.

His three suggestions are:

Superior Intelligence (SI)
Extreme Intelligence (EI)
Supreme Intelligence (SI)

He argues that “Artificial Intelligence” is an inaccurate and ineloquent description of what is happening.

None of them. AI is a perfect name for it. Even more to the point, AI still very often comes up with inaccurate answers so there is nothing 'superior' or whatever about it.

Trumpolini is insane so who the flock cares what new random 'ideas' he come up with.

Honestly, none of those options sound like tech terms—they sound like energy drinks or comic book villains. "Artificial" might feel a bit cold, but at least it accurately describes something built by humans rather than grown organically.

If we actually had to change it to something that sounds less sci-fi, keeping it boring like "Automated Intelligence" or just sticking with AI makes way more sense than calling a language model "Supreme Intelligence." That's just asking for marketing hype.
