Yeah, I also received them a lot in my wallet, some are gotten from airdrop I participated in and so are snapshots of free tokens gotten and some are scam tokens as well.

Op has to know that, there is no option to delete or get rid of those coins the disabled (OFF/hide) smal balance option is available in Trust wallet, that's what OP needs to do.

They come up again if you reimport to keys to another wallet, while disabling them is the way forward.

Once you make your wallet address public through applications submission and Airdrop hunting, you will get such unsolicited coins getting dumped on your wallet, dust transactions from those wallet spammers are use to bait the owner of those wallet into phishing hacks, you better be careful and avoid any instructions you may get to connect your wallet to any contract address, if not you lose your own original assets in that wallet to those scammers.
