I already removed the feedback, simply because I don't want to get involved in this matter any further. But that doesn't mean anyone dictated to me what I should do. It was my own decision.

I respect everyone right to raise concerns and I have nothing more to add from my side. I hope bitbollo can get his balance back he deserves.

Honestly, what I see in the screenshot deserves to be deleted. Such feedback is completely outside the community standard.
The removed restriction, that is, the casino has enabled you to have full functionality with them, is not something that deserves positive feedback, not even neutral.

This forum never ceases to surprise me. Let me understand the situation first. There’s been far too much mudslinging between the two of you, and honestly, most of it was completely unnecessary.



- Deposit $50
- At-least wager 5x
- It has to be at-least 5 Frogbet original games
- Post honest review
- Later trust pilot review require requirement added (I scanned the review campaign topic until this point to understand the whole situation. My focus was on what LM and bitbollo wrote.)

So this whole scam accusation is over $50 reward? (You wrote "Amount Scammed: around 100 USD between deposit/win/reward", I am assuming you are claiming your original deposit too. you did not provide any information how much you had left after completing the wager requirement from your original deposit).

You misunderstood this part. Haunebu, potatochips and Knuckey they're the one did not meet the wagering requirement based on the data provided by frogbet. However after they stated that they had actually managed to wager the required amount, frogbet awarded them the rewards.

I see tempers flaring in this thread. This is why it's not good to have a heated exchange when both parties are still very pissed off as one can end up insulting the other. But from my observation, this is a very simple issue to resolve. Atleast I have seen far worse scenarios.

Since this is an accusation, I still wonder why the screenshots haven't been shared yet. It could give a clear picture of what we are looking at here.

You are correct. I my mind was pulled away from the details for a few seconds.

Haunebu - only wagered $33 on originals, rest on slots

Is this some sort of joke? If it is, it's a bad one. I wagered over 260 bucks on originals(Primarily Dice) alone and I never even checked out slots which I am never really interested in btw. You really need to rectify this issue asap @Little Mouse.
