Nice discovery. Technology and it Innovations are stagnant and best brains are always looking for a better and easy live. FutureBit is on it proof of concept (testing staging). Probably this cryptomining project will be faster than ASIC and less energy consumption. The hashfly performance will be 100 kH/s.

Proof of concept is much earlier stage than testing stage, i expect it'll take at least few decades before it's used either for personal or commercial usage.

Hmm how big is a fruit fly brain?

I get that an ai model of some of the fly brain is used.

But if an actual brain was hooked up would it do 100kh ?


And if the fruit fly brain is used  how do we keep it alive?

Well more likely dogs or cats maybe crows
