President Tinubu is scared of arrest, reason he's avoiding UN assembly in US.

President Tinubu has announced his vice president shettima to represent Nigeria in the United nation general assembly in USA again, what's Tinubu scared of that he's avoiding US,  ever since he came Into office he has never attended UN assembly hosted in the USA , he has been sending his vice president to represent him in an important meeting that every president will be in attendance to negotiate business for their countries,  Nigeria president is absent and you want the international community to take ua seriously.  It's a shame that Mr president Tinubu has for the third times refused to attend the UN assembly because of fear of arrest,  everyone is curious if because of his drugs case in USA that's he's afraid to attend any meeting in the USA.  We have a president that's scars to travel to USA  because od his criminal record.

Nigerians these men are taking us for granted, our president is avoiding USA but he's in France for medical , vc president is in US for un meeting ,while thr senate president is in Italy for prayer,  and we're quite like nothing happened,  three important heads of government are not in the country,  governance have to stop till further notice or when they return. Nigerians we be mumu,  dem don see us finish.

I must say Tinubu is a disgrace to Nigerians, because I don’t really understand how a President of a country would skip a very important assembly meeting as you have brought to our notice, I must say that it’s actually condemning that such assembly that would help a country’s growth, I don’t think this is the first time he is doing such things, this can’t continue anymore, if he has a drug case he should be made to face the charges instead of him always avoiding the United States of America, is very suspicious that he might know something that we don’t know, we can’t keep up with this ridiculous attitude of Tinubu anymore, this is obviously an opportunity for Nigerians to vote him out of office because he is completely incompetent of being the President of Nigeria.

I don’t really think that the reason why president Tinubu is avoiding the US is because of fear of arrest, US is the current world power, if truly they wanted to arrest Tinubu his not coming won’t stop them from arresting him, on the eve of last Christmas the US navy launched series of air strikes against Islamic terrorist on Nigerian soil without the Nigerian Navy or anyone detecting it, it was even later that the incident surfaced that is to tell you how powerful US is, so you see if the US government truly wants to arrest president Tinubu his staying in Nigeria won’t stop anything, few months back he was with King Charles so do you feel the US won’t have arrested him then if they wanted to?

During the last election you remember they brought up this same drug allegations against him and other issues like his school certificate and corrupt practices but it didn’t hold any water, he might have his reasons for not going to the US probably this period he is focusing more on his reelection or just want the office of the vice president to be a bit functional. US is a wise nation, they don’t just make enemies with countries like that, i don’t think the US government have anything against president Tinubu and i doubt that even if he should step his foot there that they would arrest him.

I don’t understand, is this the first time that the president is leaving the country for medical check ups abroad? A lot of presidents do this so it is not something new. If important figures are in abroad for different reasons it doesn't stop the government from functioning, or did they declare a public holiday that workers should not go to work until the 3 prominent figures comes back to Nigeria? I know that the president doesn't care about how the country is going but we should also know that they are humans like us too, they have the right to seek some time out for themselves.

I was about creating a similar topic but i had to go through the board to be sure that nobody has created one, then i found this. I think i need to come down to pidgin. My broda na wetin enta my head too when i see the news Tinubu dey play smart to avoid arrest and the APC supporter wey dey think otherwise dem be big werey.

I know them well well,  dem no get shame at all,  dem run commont level country for vacation but you dey dulge world important meeting because of past criminal record,  na criminals they rule us, na why nothing they work in this country.  Government they change but things no they impove.

I think some of the executive orders President Trump had signed, partially have restrained him because of his narcotics case he had in the US, so is not even about the fact that he cannot go to the US or he will be arrested or something, is about the fact that he is not even given a visa in the first place despite the fact that he's a diplomat. Donald Trump is one president that is very sensitive with cases concerning narcotics and terrorism, and you can see from the UN meetings that is going on his statement about how the American government has been fighting against terrorism sponsorship and narcotics and drug dealing across the world, so it's fortunate that the Nigerian presidents falls under one of these categories and it is very possible that he cannot get a US visa.

Tinubu must had other reason why he doesn't always want to attend their meetings, talking about arrest, are you sure United States would have arrested him if he had attended the meeting?, actually I don't think Donald Trump would have done that because if truly he wanted Tinubu arrested he would have come to Nigeria and nobody would even know when it will happen, he has done it before so actually Tinubu is not his target, so maybe Tinubu is avoiding humiliation because he wouldn't be able to answer a lot of question they would ask him but with his vice it will safe him a lot of things.
