I joined betbolt on 14 Sep 2026 and I wagered more than 300k USD on their site in a week (14-21 Sep) as a result I finished 3rd place in the weekly race and got notification that I received 2,500 USD bonuses. See attached https://postimg.cc/TpCBBHbj

However, the bonus was never credited to my account. When I contacted my VIP host, they told me, "Unfortunately, we can't give you the weekly race prize because you are using multiple accounts to abuse weekly/monthly races."

I admit that I used to have other three accounts on the site in the past but I didn't abuse weekly/monthly races. All three accounts I had already self-excluded them (temporarily at first, and later permanently). I did not play on any of those accounts between September 14 and 21.

When I created my current account, I received support from a VIP host as usual on telegram , I can deposit and withdrawal as ususal, and the system encouraged me to wager more, leading me to believe I was eligible for race bonuses. Also, they kept mentioning that they are non-KYC casino, so I thought it was ok to create new account. It feels like I was lured into wagering a large amount without anyone informing me of this restriction beforehand, so I feel scammed.


I asked them for fair decisions
 
1. Remove another three accounts from their sites and remove all current and future bonuses on those accounts (they said all three are on monthly races leaderboard, so I said they can remove all those so I cant claim bonuses)

2. I will stay on current account only, but they should pay me weekly/monthly race bonuses.

but there is no reply from their management team yet, so I am writing here to get attention and get you guys opinion as well.

PS. My main point is not about denying my past multi-accounting. It is about the unfair trap where I was encouraged to heavily wager over $300k, only for the rule to be brought up at payout time after I won.  
If knew this or they blocked my account before I would not had a chance to wagered $300k.

This is a complicated case if you ask me and maybe it is better if you can provide the proofs of the VIP host who told you that it is good for you to have a new account.
What I cant understand is that you claim that you did not use the other accounts but they are all in the monthly race leaderboard, how is it possible?
Does it mean that you were still using the other 3 accounts earlier this month which make them all are listed in the monthly race leaderboard?
Frankly, I have no idea why you had that much accounts before and the decision of the VIP host to allow you to create another new accounts while I believe they are aware about your other accounts is a bit strange situation.

Let me first make it visible for your others to see what you are trying to show by quoting this aspect for you.

Now you have stated the reason why you experience such access denial, most of the gambling casino do not play with the rules that forbids multiple accounts, forget about what do you have representative may tell you as to encourage you to gamble more on their platform, but when their strict rule will be made effective on you, they wouldn't be there to support against it because the system will force notify them and flag your account.

Don't deposit an amount of money you may not afford to lose the gambling, what if you are never given the restriction and end up losing the entire 300k, I expect that such amount of money should be what you can afford to be used to gamble and enjoy yourself on the platform with no regrets.

Yes, I had 3 accounts + 1 (current one) and I played at different time. First one was created months before (before Sep) and was self-excluded permanently. Another two were created and played earlier during 1-7 Sep and 8-12 Sep (not exact around that time) and was self-excluded for 8 days and later permanently.

Frankly, I used self-exclusion tools to slow down myself from playing too much as I am in the process of quitting. But during self-exclusion period, I got urge to continue playing , so I create new account for a purpose. So, it's like a loop, playing , losing some ,self-exclude, and create new account to continue.

I never blame casino when I played and lost because it's my own responsibility as I created and played by myself. (which I lost a lot from those 3 accounts)
But this time, when I played and I won and I got weekly race bonuses I felt it's unfair that casino didn't pay me the bonuses as they claimed that they will be giving.

A casino doesn't run based on what you think and believe. You have clearly violated the terms of the platform by creating multiple accounts. Most of the casino consider it as a violation of the terms if any self-excluded users create a new account. According to the self-exclusion rules of Betbolt, you were allowed to reopen your self-excluded account by reaching to their support team.

You kept playing here based on your thoughts and beliefs without checking their terms properly. You aren't going to get any help even if you take this complain to other mediators.

Well, I'm really surprised by this. I have seen old and reputable casinos to withhold the rewards and block users account in similar situations. However, don't repeat the similar thing at other casinos by getting motivated from this. All the casinos won't show you generosity like this.
