We are taught how to look for jobs, and not how to make money.

This topic came across my mind as I was pondering about the high rate of unemployment in our country Nigeria even after spending good number of years in the university, spent good money in paying for school fees, reading books, believing better future will be secured after all these efforts, but instead the reverse is the case.
Actually, formal education is good, because it makes you feel so much confident among your counterparts, make you presentable anywhere, and kill inferiority complex, but I think we are never taught how to make this money.
Come to think of it, the most successful people in Nigeria today, are not employees of any company, and most of them started their business, and investment from little, and today they have grown big. There are people who learned trading, and are financially doing well today, even better than many government employees, some have also learned good skills, and they are doing great financially, but many graduates are on the street looking for where to be employed with the limited job opportunities in the country Nigeria.

If really we are taught how to make money during the days when we were in school, many of us would have been doing great financially today. Today we are talking about Bitcoin investing, and how profitable it is, we are also talking buying shares of companies, and how profitable it is, but we never learned all this in our university days, and those who have gained financial stability, and considered rich invested in all these.
It is important we have some rethink about making money, and gaining financial freedom. We should learn how to invest our money even while going to school, you can invest in digital assets like Bitcoin, stocks or even gold on long term investment, doing this will actually help you to make some good cash before, and after your graduation, and you will also get some money, and start a business within your financial strength, and possibly grow from there instead of depending on the government to offer you job first before you can survive.

If you are not careful, you will keep changing jobs from one to another and never be satisfied because you will be working with individuals and corporate organizations that will not give you reasonable answer condition to the job they are offering you.

But when you are independent, you will have the freedom to determine what to do and how you could maximize your earning opportunities, just as bitcoin as provided with us; everyone can invest in Bitcoin with the expectation to be profitable and securing their financial future without taking as much risk as with physical asset investments.

I think entrepreneurship should be taught from secondary school. Schools should update their curriculum and make sure this kids are taught useful skills to be able to survive the country they've found themselves with or without the help of their parents. Early enlighten should be the trend and not making them believe they have a bright future just by reading books
