Yes, we avoid bonuses because have a ridiculous and stupid waggering x (50x-100x these scheme are just for make player losses). Don't really care about fat amount bonus, I don't mind to take the bonus with such a low amount but having less waggering like 3-5x or maybe the highest one is 10x. I have experience for Bonus with 3x waggering & 11x waggering on BK8. I love it a lots.

What actually attracted me to a casino is the appearance of the homepage with the games gallery on it. And if I see games like crash, coin 🪙 flip, and space chicken games but before fully use the casino let there be bonus to test the casino to know their dealing. And the live chat responding mood is very much important. That bonus to test the casino is okay for me but I will not sign up because of bonus. It is only the one to test the casino I'm all good.

The cashier is the last point for everybody, or should be.
I first look at the game selections, if they have sports and prediction sections, what are their terms on minimum deposits, KYC, accepted cryptocurrencies. I do not care for the rotating banners except as a quick way of knowing if they have sports.
Reputation is the key factor that keeps me on websites I play. I would have done some research on them or seen them in some places before signing up.

Deposit and withdrawals should ideally be unmemorable. Quick and easy with no issues or need for any extra steps. The payment page should be very modern, I close the tab when it is weird looking or requires to open another tab. It should show minimum deposit in the page and any other useful info. Bonus points if you reflect my deposit as quickly as possible, I do not want to wait for 2 or more confirmations. I've played on some that reflect instantly.

This is the most useful answer so far, thanks. Agreed on all of it. Being able to actually pay out wins is the foundation, everything else is secondary to that. And you're right to trust real forum experience over review sites, that's exactly why I asked here instead of anywhere else. On the transaction side, it isn't right on the player that you can make a lightning fast deposit but not get a lightning fast withdrawal in return. One approach that makes sense to me is avoiding heavy KYC tooling where possible, since in a lot of cases that exists mainly to slow withdrawals down or decline them. If a site is built correctly, your winnings shouldn't be questionable in the first place. One thing I'm curious about: on a brand new site with no track record yet, what makes you trust the withdrawals before it has a reputation? Loud and clear, and I agree. The standard now sits around 30x or higher, and that simply kills the experience. Picture depositing 500 USD with a 100% match, and to withdraw what's left you have to complete 30,000 USD in wagering. There's no real player experience in that. Good to know 3x and 11x felt fair to you on BK8, that's a useful reference point.

And the point about casinos hiding the calculation is exactly the problem: the direction I'd take is doing those reward mechanics properly, instant rakeback plus daily/weekly/monthly rewards that combine rakeback and cashback, ideally with 0 wagering on them, and being transparent about the percentages instead of hiding them. I did try to benchmark other sites' numbers to compare, but it's nearly impossible to get real figures out of them. That's exactly where player experience helps, it would be useful to collect what people have actually seen and work out which programs are genuinely the most competitive.

I start with looking at the deposit limit  and the fees for each withdrawal. Some casinos take as high as $2 for every withdrawal and you do not expect I will leave a casino that takes cents for withdrawal fees for a high one.

Look, the truth is that most casinos offer almost the same experience, just with slight differences, so it is not like one would find something too unique about a new casino. Next is slots. Are my favorite slot games available.

The homepage and the games gallery being the first thing that pulls you in lines up with what I'd expect, and good to know originals like crash, coin flip and chicken-style games are what you look for. That's exactly the direction that makes sense to me: custom thumbnails to give games a unique look, plus original mini games, since for a crypto casino today that's basically a standard you can't skip. I have been gambling for almost a decade now, so let me be very honest with you. For me an ideal casino should have a clean UI and a bug free interface. Instant withdrawal creates trust and comfort for a player; it's a mental torture to win a huge amount, and the casino takes a lot of time to complete your withdrawal request, much more if they are asking for a lot of documents and tasks, as if trying to find fault in your account

I prefer sport betting. Here i would watch first of all how much low league events there are, how easy to find event and how fast i can make bet.
If it would be only about casino games - i prefer fast start. Minimum actions to start the game.

It shows if the organisation values their customer base and to make sure that they are well attended to. Any organisation with poor customer care service tends to face numerous problems before they fold because they ignore their customers plight about their problems with the organisation and that alone is very risky because they would end up making mistakes since there is no customer support to attend to them so the leave the organisation to another which cares much about their customer.
