Countdown to the 2027 Presidential Election 🇳🇬

Sincerely most times I feels ashamed talking about our society here because things we expect do not usually go as we think it would be, we can talk from now till tomorrow but not would changed and even if we have a specific candidate in mind to win or represent us they wouldn't allow him to represent us. Why, because they felt that it's their turn to rule the country hence they haven't finished making their space yet.
As I know, I wouldn't give my vote to anyone else than Peter Obi as I know he would do more better than anyone else there, Obi understand our economy than anyone out there and I believe he would win this time around provided that we all comes out in mass to give our vote to him. If the election would be free and fair, we can never see Bola there anymore.

Now my question is what will be your deciding factor that will influence your voting decision this time? Will it be on these key issues;
Economy? Jobs? Security? Electricity? Food prices? Corruption? Infrastructure?
Or normal tribal favoritism?

With d way hand Dey touch us for dis country, if person still Dey wey talk say na because of tribe him wan vote, then d person no get sense be that now. As we Dey see shege for dis country, no be everybody e touch? Or Dey get some tribe wey no Dey feel d heat wey we Dey feel, maybe na just some part of Nigeria Dey feel d heat, some part Dey enjoy for d country. With d way things Dey now, we suppose don get sense now, nobody suppose fit use tribe and religion deceive us again.

I don’t even know if people Dey wey go still vote for Tinubu, if na advance country, shame supoose even Dey catch d man to contest for second term. I just Dey reason Wetin d man go use do campaign, because I never see Wetin d man do since he enter power. Anytime wey we on our Tv or we carry our phones, na bad news just full everywhere.

I no go tell anybody make e vote for a particular part, but Abeg make we vote for person wey we believe say go fit make things improve if him get d position.

First, I will start by pointing out the candidates that are seriously in the contest, not people that we know that they are just contesting as we have seen the AAC candidate Omoyele Sowere doing in the past few years, Tinubu, Atiku and Obi are the popular candidates, Seyi Makinde knows that he's joking, of course we can't take Sowore serious, because we know that he's not in the game, now my preferred candidate is Peter Obi, and it is only Nigerian electoral system that can make him not to win, if the election is a free and fair election which I doubt, Perter Obi Will be announced as the winner, but we have a system where the gladiators can do anything to return to power.

Although we do not know how this election is going to be like, but it will be very difficult for Tinubu to win the North, Atiku and Kwankwaso is not going to allow that happen, and Atiku will win more of the votes, North has a way of doing things, when it is time, they will do their thing, The real vote will never be shared and if that's is been maintained in other geopolitical zones, it will be difficult to announce the Real winner, Tinubu plan is to rig everything, but let's see if it will work that way.

Presidency is by zoning and it was the turn of souths to produce a president, that is why they allowed tinubu to win, so that after his reign,the presidency will be zoned back to the North. However, the way things are going on especially at the North, tinubu might not win an election. The North are dying,they are been slaughtered like animals by bandits and they aren't happy about it. Again, the reason they voted tinubu was because he is a Muslim and that he will protect their personal interests but things aren't going the way they had expected.  They don't trust tinubu anymore,so they might not vote for him again to win the election.  As you know,any candidate who doesn't have the support of the North can't win an election in this country that is because the North are more populous than any region,so if Tinubu can't secure one third of vote from the North,he can't  win the election. So this election is just between atiku and Peter obi, even if Tinubu try to rig it, he won't succeed because the North are against his re election as president.

The president election is getting closer day by day, we are 116 days (3 months and 25days) away from the election.  On January 16th, 2027  we the citizens wil once again decide our faith and future on who to rule us for the next 4 years.

This upcoming election alone has made us witness alliances between rivals which didn't last up to 4 months ,defections, campaign promises(some candidates said they will bring back subsidy while others supports subsidy removal), arguments and plenty of social media battles before election day.

All what everyone is clamoring for the country is someone to lead the country right and deliver the dividends of a democratic country to the people. It doesn’t matter who among this aforementioned candidates finally get to win the election as far as the individual is capable of providing good governance then Nigerians don’t really need to have much of a problem with who wins. The previous election also included this set of politicians as heavy weights candidates, they all campaigned and made promises to the people During their election campaigns but at the end what do we see. The eventual winner we all know how he forced his way into office with different campaign promises of change but after assuming office he failed to deliver his campaign promises.

This idea of yours is not possible. There's no way opponents can give each ideas on how to make the country better. Instead they are hoping that the one on seat fail so that they can capitalize on that in their next election. Have you seen a Democrat share an idea with. A republican on seat? Instead they are in a tug of war for one of them to fail. The only way there can't be opponents is if the country is ran by one party system . The best thing is to have the right leader who can change the system of this country and develop it, but I don't know of these candidates can do the job.

The current president Bola Admed Tinubu have been in office for the past 3+years now, and we all can see the negative impact we have about this his administration when he came into power 2023. And for the fact that everything have been made to skyrocket over the years since he resumed office as the president. It's just high time he doesn't spend another 4years in office, because anything that let us allow him rule for the next 4years, just be rest assured of we having our economy spoil more in this country. Because it is obvious that this current administration do not have any blue-print on how to help better the live of an average Nigerian by breaking back the high prices of food and security in all states.

This idea of yours is not possible. There's no way opponents can give each ideas on how to make the country better. I understand your point, but I don't think having political opponents automatically means they cannot contribute ideas or support policies that benefit the country. Opposition is important because it provides checks and raises questions when the government is getting things wrong. The problem is when politics becomes more about defeating the other side than solving the problems citizens are facing. We need leaders who can put national interest above party interest, and opposition parties that can criticize the government while still supporting good policies when necessary. At the end of the day, the real question should be whether these candidates have the competence, integrity and clear plans to actually improve the country.

Op I’m just wondering why you’re counting down to the General Elections, because there is nothing good about this coming general elections, don’t you think this other candidates are wasting their time contesting for the election, I don’t see anyone there capable of defeating Bola Ahmed Tinubu, most especially Atiku is wasting his time because he can’t win this Election, it’s a dead mission, Peter Obi can only win an election on Social Media, that should signal something.

Tinubu have done all his ground works, he has planned his victory in the next election, INEC is working for him allegedly and he has successfully taken majority of the Governors who has the power to rig elections into the All Progressive Congress, this other candidates are contesting against themselves, because I don’t see how they will defeat Tinubu.

I don’t see any reason why I should be excited when my vote isn’t going to count for anything, I already know who is winning this Election and that is Tinubu, by Rigging.
