Does it mean that developers control Bitcoin? If yes, How we call it as decentralized?

If people deeply understand what decentralization means you wouldn’t singled out a particular individual, group, Or  institution to be in charge and control of bitcoin. Most of the  long talk about controlling of bitcoin is just narrowed down to the price factor and model for operations and it may interest you to know that there are so many factors that contribute to/influences the upward and downward price movements of bitcoin and most of them are not known. So developers don’t control bitcoin, there’s no single monopoly of control. Developers or anyone can propose or develop an update but they cannot force it on the network as the network can independently reject or accept after review. It’s just like in a government where everyone makes their own choices instead of waiting for orders from the headquarters.

Is no longer a new thing that Satoshi is the founder of Bitcoin and he or them created Bitcoin to reduced unemployment and improved employment in the world. Based on little research I have carried out about Bitcoin and I discovered that Bitcoin is a decentralized currency that is not control by government or financial institution, but is control by buyers and sellers.
I don't think Satoshi had any employment issues behind creating Bitcoin. The purpose of Bitcoin is to be a decentralized and independent financial system, where there will be no central authority interference. It is not managed by anyone. There is no buyer and seller here. From the perspective of Fiat currency, Bitcoin may seem like a product, but Bitcoin itself is a digital currency. With Bitcoin, we can buy other valuable necessities, this is basically the feature of Bitcoin. But now, due to the lack of universal acceptance around the world, we cannot transact with Bitcoin to buy daily products. Maybe in the future, Bitcoin will be used for investment, trading, buying valuable assets or buying daily needs too.

I almost peed my pants. I dont think bitcoin was created in order to reduce unemployment. Its not like a magic saviour for anyone who dont have job. Yes bitcoin value is high by thats because of market condition and buyers and sellers make it grow but how come you think its for the unemployed users? Bitcoin isnt a job that we can work on. Its decentralized concept makes it more appealing and by nature becomes the reality of uncontrolled finance system.
Yep, Bitcoin isn't a company, an organization or a job, so saying it was created to reduce unemployment is a bit...out there. Cheesy

Bitcoin is simply a decentralized monetary system, and can be a high-return investment. To get hold of it, you still need money or you gotta work for it.

My guess is he probably never read the whitepaper and doesn't actually get Bitcoin. Or maybe he's confusing Bitcoin with jobs on the forum that pay in BTC. Some gigs paying in BTC doesn't mean Bitcoin was created to solve unemployment.

No one could control Bitcoin. Developers would upgrade the chain or make a fork; it doesn’t mean they are controlling Bitcoin. Please read the Bitcoin documentation, and then you will realize how everything works. Miners could mine only Bitcoin; rather, they won’t do anything with Bitcoin.

Even if developers want to do something, it should be accepted by the community and exchanges; the majority of developers have to agree to the changes or updates. So not the person or any other group of people controls the Bitcoin.

Technically not because even though developers continue to update the blockchain to continue to innovate but in the end they cannot control bitcoin because they are not enabled for that so even if there are bitcoin developers it does not mean they can control bitcoin because here bitcoin is still a stand-alone bitcoin without any control of any party.

If you look at the current conditions, developers are only said to be proposal makers but that does not mean they can decide so that the assumption about bitcoin that isn't decentralized just because there are developers in it is a mistake.

Since the beginning we already know that bitcoin is different from fiat because of its nature so when saying now bitcoin isn't decentralized it is the same as saying their system is the same as the existing one even though satoshi made this to be a differentiator.

Bitcoin isn't an organization and as such it does not employed people but he ought to know better that Bitcoin has change alot if people's life. There are many people that Bitcoin has change their life that they don't want to be employed again, some of them can even employ some people. It's because of Bitcoin that many of us are here today, the exchanges are working today because Bitcoin exists otherwise the concept of crypto will not be born.

Many if us are into these opportunities because Bitcoin is decentralized, Satoshi made this possible. If Bitcoin is launched by some group of people who are greedy and self centered, I don't think there will be Bitcoin and even if there is Bitcoin, I'm sure that the supply will belong to all of them. They will be the rich kids of Bitcoin, the rest of us will be running after small sats to get a single Bitcoin.

Perhaps what this mean like most people said or are trying to point you towards is that;
This developers can come up with a change effect idea for bitcoin but have no sole control over it by enforcing it, they have to propose it and the general public which me and you and the rest of the bitcoin supporters will have to approve and that makes the developer not to have control but the control belongs to everyone. It’s not individually decided but individual decision can be proposed and given attention and approval.

Bitcoin has no CEO or formal central authority. But software development inevitably involves people who have more influence than ordinary users. Bitcoin core is extremely important because the software determines which blocks and transactions a node considers valid. Bitcoin.org itself says users running Bitcoin core independently enforce the rules. And the Bitcoin developer documentation explicitly acknowledges that Bitcoin's security depends on the behavior of software maintaining consensus.

Does it mean that developers control Bitcoin? If yes, How we call it as decentralized?
Developers have control over the Bitcoin network? Nah! But who are these developers? It is not a specific group of people, it is not an individual; anyone can be a developer as long as they have the technical knowledge, can code and contribute to the network. What this should make you understand is that, even among the developers, the powers is still not vested in the hands of one person that decides what should or what should not be done.

Again, the developers may have influence, but the powers to enforce any rule on their own is not given to them, they must reach a consensus first. Developers cannot impose a rule on anyone.

It is very beautiful how powers are shared in the bitcoin network; developers don't produce blocks and select transactions to include in them, that's the job of the miners.

@op, read more about decentralization, you will understand better.

Well that's a nice logic though but I would like to give you an example. So in a simple way let me use an architect for example. These are folks who draw the blueprint of a house, design how it will look like they and so on. Most times they are even the ones that will determine the interiors/layout of the building. But then do they own the house the answer is certainly no except they are building it for themselves.so you see that's just how Bitcoin is. We might have active developers, but yet they aren't the owners of Bitcoin, which means they can't in any way change the protocol as they please, because the people, are the ones who make use of it and we often have the right to determine if something is convenient or not. That's what the consensus is there for. To put it simply developers propose the rules, but then folks who are running the nodes, have the right to decide whether to accept them or not that's all.......
