Yes, of course. Everything is discussed individually. If a member ranks up during a 6-month seat, reviewing the weekly rate is a very logical step.

Weekly post cap is 20 but how about pay rate per post or is it set by pay per week, and is there any minimum post or 20 posts is a mandatory every week to be paid.
There is no strict post quota. In the application the applicant puts the activity that is comfortable for them, and that is the number we use. 20 posts per week is only a usual reference, not a mandatory target and not a ceiling.
Pay is per week, not per post. The payout frequency that is comfortable for you is also set in the application.
