Do I need to improve the thread? Do I need to share any interesting facts? Do I need to give a different point of view? If I dont have any of these, then am I not allowed to post? What is the name of the board? It is "Bitcoin Discussion" right? Or is it "Bitcoin Education"? Or "Beginners & Help"? Do you expect people to respond to the question that is asked in the OP with graphs, pie charts or trivia? The question that the OP asked is about "Privacy with respect to holding Bitcoins." Do you expect me to give him a motivational speech? I like discussing these types of topics, hence I shared my take on this. Yes people have made similar points to what I have mentioned but does that mean I cannot give my own opinion, my own take from my own experience on this?
Nobody is stopping you from doing this! Nobody! You can still do it even now, you can post on any topic you want, you can post on any board you want (respecting the rules), you can post in mega threads in politics and society; you are still free to do whatever you want! I dont see whether a topic is a megathread or freshly launched.
Seriously? You don't look at the dates and the number of pages of topics before posting? That aside, just like the others I checked your posts history, page 2 to 4... All the posts are two paragraphs, 3 lines long, with slight deviations aka a broken Xerox machine! Nobody can actually express themselves naturally by posting with the exact same patterns over and over again, the obvious example is that the first time in a month you have broken this pattern was in this topic. And the more I click on your post history, the same thing I see: 2 paragraphs of 2-3 lines each, over and over again, page after page after page. This is robot work, not a human discussing things!

If the thread has been answered to oblivion and you don't have anything new to share, do not say anything at all. Yep, that's right.
Again, you are getting things wrong. The forum doesnt work the way you want it to. While discussing, we do not always have to share something new. If 100 people have already shared something similar that doesnt mean you cannot share the same thing. I feel like let me give my opinion in my style which might help atleast a single reader and hence I share my opinion. Let me give you a scenario, as you guys are always busy in the Reputation and Meta boards (so an example from there will help you understand the situation). So basically when two people are fighting, many people may have already discussed whether A is correct or B is correct, so there are enough responses to that. But you still participate by taking a side or giving an opinion (even though this has already been done by 100 previous people). This is because the community needs to see what TryNinja's take on this is. Just think and be honest, why would we need a megathread of over 10 pages where everyone gives their shallow, unoriginal, opinion on a subject? Forums are a place to discuss, learn, talk, have a living community. What's so good about 200 users posting the same recycled opinion they spent 3 minutes thinking about and moving to the next subject?
So Theymos and the mods arent looking into this? They have the option not to allow more than 5 pages(by locking it) in these types of boards but they are still allowing it. So I think you have a problem with this. It came directly from theymos himself, to solve exactly the megathreads situation that you guys feed into, so I guess the forum isn't about "discussing and sharing opinions/knowledge" anymore, if that's what you call your posts. Okay thanks for directly mentioning that I always bump/take part in megathreads. But as far as I remember, I have hardly posted in any topic after 10 pages. Thanks for your opinion. And no one is forcing him to participate in an oversaturated thread (maybe only his weekly quota), so it's definitely his fault.
For your information, campaigns have hired me because I participate in those sections of the forum. I have not explicitly started posting in those sections of the forum because I am in a campaign. And what about the time period when I was not part of any campaign? Which quota was I fulfilling then? Seriously? You don't look at the dates and the number of pages of topics before posting?
Have I mentioned that I dont look at the dates? I do check the dates and even if you look at the post quoted by TryNinja, the OP date and my post date have just a 2–3 day gap. I do not check the pages because it doesnt matter to me. If I feel like a question or an opinion is being asked in the OP and I feel like discussing it then I would like to post about it. All the posts are two paragraphs, 3 lines long, with slight deviations aka a broken Xerox machine!
So you expect me to write a two page essay? I think what I have written is to the point and I never went off topic. Maybe for you, writing about on topic discussions takes more than three paragraphs and I get it we are not all the same. Nobody can actually express themselves naturally by posting with the exact same patterns over and over again,
Maybe you cannot, but that doesnt mean others cant. I try to be quick, precise and to the point hence it takes two paragraphs, sometimes three and sometimes one. @nutildah, I am still waiting for a response. Its been almost 3 days and I have been unfairly banned. Please I am looking for your cooperation.

@nutildah, I am still waiting for a response.
I'm sorry but I'm not reversing the ban. Although you do make an effort to write in a lot of different threads, you're kind of talking about the same or similar things in nearly all of them, offering the same takes expressed countlessly across time. Knowing when to stop is definitely the key to maintaining a positive net balance. Whether it’s gambling or trading, knowing when to stop plays a very important role. I understand, OP, that keeping control of yourself when winning big is a tough task, but it all comes down to an individual’s mindset and willpower. The best approach is to set daily profit targets and daily loss limits. Don’t continue gambling once you reach a certain profit amount, and stop if your balance drops below a certain level. This is the most practical and safest way to gamble without losing your entire bankroll.
I am not an expert player, but I am someone who practices proper risk management while gambling. I believe in the philosophy that it's better to have something than nothing. Therefore, risk management is what I prioritize the most.
As for my betting style, I only place bets on events where I feel confident. I choose sports that I have sufficient knowledge about. I thoroughly research each player involved, the playing conditions, and the overall form of the teams. Only then do I place a bet.
I wager only a small portion of my bankroll—say, 10% for each bet. If I lose, I wait for another opportunity rather than chasing my losses. When the right opportunity comes along, I place another bet and try to recover the money in a strategic manner.
Always remember, in gambling, no strategy works the second time. So, it’s practically impossible to recover losses by following a particular strategy. Gambling is all about luck, so no matter which games you play, what multiplier you choose, or how much risk you take, if luck isn’t on your side, you won’t make any money.
Moreover, it’s important to keep in mind that while trying to recover your losses, you should avoid losing even more. For example, if you lose some money today, it’s better to stop and try to recover it at a later time. If you keep gambling in an attempt to recover your losses immediately, there’s a much higher probability that you’ll end up losing even more.
Gambling is somewhat similar to trading. The only difference is the level of risk involved in both. Whether you choose to bet more on winning or losing completely depends on the gambler. But just like in trading, you should set a daily profit target for gambling as well. This helps prevent you from gambling away more of your money than you can afford.
Some may quarrel that Whats the harm in gambling with the profits. Well, yes you can risk your profits and bet with them. However in the long run, we often see gamblers losing money when they continue gambling excessively. In the same way you may not only lose your profits but in an attempt to recover those losses, you might end up losing your remaining balance as well. Hence just gamble within your limits, and you will be good to go.
Again, I realize this may seem pretty standard for the sections of the forum you choose to post in, but I find your posts in particular to be nearly wholly unnecessary. You're mainly giving basic advice to no one in particular, and most of it has already been given hundreds or thousands of times before. There are no discernible signs of anybody being interested in these types of posts. They effectively serve as placeholders for signature links. I don't want to tell you you should try to earn merits... Nobody really likes seeing attempts to earn merit, anyway. I just think that if your posts were at all good or valuable you would have received more merits incidentally, just during the course of being a casual forum member. Instead, you pursued a more mechanical approach to post writing, and that's still your right, but you don't have the right to get paid for churning out this kind of material. Yes, there are posters that deserve a signature ban more than you, and yes, I am getting to them. Independent of the quality issue, your account should be red tagged as its not yours to begin with (you are not Chinese). You want the perks that come with a 2014 Hero account but don't want to be on the hook for its past actions. That seems to be an exceptionally greedy proposition.

You're kind of talking about the same or similar things in nearly all of them, offering the same takes expressed countlessly across time.
You have the time to quote my posts, so if you had spent a few more minutes, you could have read the titles/OPs of those posts. Bankroll Beats Picks How do expert players manage their bankroll in sports betting? How long does it take you to recover what you lose? Can winning more than losing sometimes make a gambler more risky? They all raise similar types of questions hence you can see similarities in my answers. Or do you expect me to give different suggestions in my posts every time a similar question or concern is asked? These posts were regarding risk management and I have given my opinion based on different contexts of risks. What would have been wrong is if I were copying, pasting or rewording the same post or posting off-topic.but I find your posts in particular to be nearly wholly unnecessary.
You might find them unnecessary but not everyone does right ?not the mods, the OP or a newbie joining the forum and learning about how risk management works. So as I said previously, do I need to post just to please you "Mylord"? Instead, you pursued a more mechanical approach to post writing,
This is not called a mechanical approach. It is normal for me. Whenever I am free, I visit the forum and post. The thing is that you find it unusual because you have a habit of discussing other forum politics in various sections of the forum, so for you that may be the usual way to participate but that is not the case for everyone. but you don't have the right to get paid for churning out this kind of material.
So do you think all the campaign managers are selecting members without properly checking their posts? Or do you think you are above all of them with your so called useful tool? First of all if you had checked the post, you would see that it is from 2016. At that time I posted in that section of the forum using Google Translate as far as I remember, to get local people to my exchange page. I still do that is, buy/sell coins but on a different platform. Hence thanks again for judging me based on just four old posts that are in Chinese. Now let me get straight into the facts. I asked for the reason for the ban. You initially said: - Irrelevant posts: I countered this part. - Post deletions: I countered this part again (as those posts are more than 5 years old). - Less merits: I countered this part again. - Fewer merits than peers: I countered this again. Now you have come up with: - Posting similar content: I have countered this again now. I am now waiting to see how many more excuses you will come up with and how each time your reason for banning me changes.
I'm sorry but I'm not reversing the ban.
I know you yourself know that I didnt deserve the ban but I think your ego and reputation are getting in the way (as in how can you revoke the ban now?), which saddens me. I am waiting for your more so called newly discovered reasons...

I still do that is, buy/sell coins but on a different platform. Hence thanks again for judging me based on just four old posts that are in Chinese. Of course he's always been from Pakistan, look at his presentation from 2018 here: Aslam-o-Alykum to all my Pakistani brothers i am from Lahore Crypto developer + Miner and lot of more Let's see, he was Pakistani and he set up a business in China (in 2016). Here too: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1383425.msg18207259#msg18207259But since people complain that it was too expensive to send money to China: About Lake BTC. My problem was also that they advertise all of these payment methods but then when you try to purchase more than 1 BTC (even with KYC and all documentation) no one wants to take your trade unless it's WU or wire transfer. It cost me $80 to Western Union money to China on the last trade I did. It wasn't worth it. Bank transfers take a day or two. Just too much time wasted. Now I have a good reputation with some of the major exchangers so I can avoid the wait period.
He decided to sell the store/company/service and return to Pakistan. That was around 2018. That's why he only has 4 posts in Chinese and 25 posts in Pakistani. https://bitlist.co/user/id/344046/posts?board_id=11,30&date_min=2014-06-16&date_max=2026-09-26My question is: why did he never speak Pakistani before 2018? EDIT: Of course he couldn't have talked to Pakistanis before. Because the Pakistani topic only opened in 2013... How stupid of me.

My question is: why did he never speak Pakistani before 2018?
First of all in Pakistan, people speak Urdu. Secondly at that time, I badly wanted customers to use my exchange/ad, so I used to use the "Consumer of Origin Effect tactic," where people tend to use locally available deals more often. And I think back in those days that was very common. Hence these are my posts regarding the languages: 500$ BTC available anyone need let me know i accept payment in MCB / SONERI / BANK AL Habib / and Standard Chartered reply with your rate
It seems that the longer you persist, OP, the closer you are to getting a tag that,
Tag for what? For speaking up? Did I scam anyone? Did I ask anyone to invest in any Ponzi schemes? Did I break anyone's trust? Cant you see that I changed the password? Or do you think the account changed hands and that too with the email ID access of the old owner? At first I thought of selling the account to someone which I admit was my mistake. I changed the password from my primary password to a dummy password. Once I changed my mind, I changed it back to my primary password. And can we stop being off topic here? I am here to appeal my signature ban. We can discuss this later.

Email access + account no negative trust https://loyce.club/archive/posts/5656/56567426.htmlThe account has clearly changed hands, and it may have been hacked instead of sold. You're attracting attention, and if you'll excuse me, I'll keep reading. Your break in posting after the sale offer does not seem to be accidental. we did same like that but its was not related to funds it was files stolen from a member pc then we reverse engineered a malware which was connecting with a FTP account with credentials we decrypted credentials and access ftp also download all data then rooted server with some expensive 0day and gained root access of server
All cases are not same sometime hackers are also so smart and sometime just a jackpot of copycat
if you interested in revenge we can do but no money guarantee at all i can try my best

My bad I mistyped the earlier reply. I meant: Cant you see that I changed the password? Or do you think the account changed hands and that too without the email ID access of the old owner?
The account has clearly changed hands ~snip On April 6, you will change your "field of activity."
Regarding this, I was desperately in need of money at the time, so I messaged all the newly launched crypto casinos to hire me as their community manager. I told BetCrypt to lock their old thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5327920.msg56695162#msg56695162 and start a new thread announcing me as their community manager on Bitcointalk. I used to message a lot of casinos like this at that time. Besides, if you're saying that you didn't hurt anyone, then maybe it wasn't you, but someone else who wrote this post?
What is wrong with that post? Did I scam anyone? I was genuinely trying to help the OP, as someone on my team had said that it was possible at the time. Now I have found transactions to your wallet from the account LimLims. Will you deny it? Will you also give up the fact that it doesn't belong to you? Even though your management preferences are pretty similar, aren't they?
Are you for real bro? You know I used to run ads for buying/selling BTC and hundreds of people were sending me BTC, bank transfers and all. How would I know who is here on the forum? I dont even remember the exact reason why that guy sent me the money. And yes as is typical of DT behaviour (not all DTs but yes, some), you have already left negative feedback without any proof. Nice DT: 1, innocent: 0.

Wow really does it work like this I mean you can buy and sell your accounts on bitcointalk??? You may have deleted all posts linking you to selling accounts. But quotes and history files are not forgotten. So my final question is: how many times has this account changed hands? From what it appears, what happened was this: the account was sold in 2018, and then the buyer tried to sell it again in 2021. I would have to spend more time comparing posting history, writing style, and the like, between these three time periods. But the evidence suggests that this account no longer belongs to the person who registered it in 2014.

So does that mean it takes away my freedom to post? I cant post where I want and how I want and if I dont post according to you people, then I deserve a ban? I see this is interesting. So my final question is: how many times has this account changed hands?
I am still the same owner who used to run the Buy/Sell ads, provide help regarding security, and also knows Hindi/Urdu. I already acknowledged that I tried selling the account when I was in need of money but as some of my friends suggested that I shouldn’t, I didn’t continue with it. And for that I already apologised to Timelord, who noticed this first. But the evidence suggests that this account no longer belongs to the person who registered it in 2014.
Please I would like to see what evidence you have and I respect your approach. Before accusing anyone, you are looking for facts/evidence, unlike some egoistic members who misuse their power. @Nutildah, I am still waiting for a response.

But the evidence suggests that this account no longer belongs to the person who registered it in 2014.
Please I would like to see what evidence you have and I respect your approach. Before accusing anyone, you are looking for facts/evidence, unlike some egoistic members who misuse their power. They are here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5594964.msg67181895#msg67181895https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5594964.msg67182461#msg67182461I don't know what you discussed with that person via private message. Furthermore, you registered in 2014, but the first time you made a post in the Pakistan topic was in January 2018, and by March you were already showing availability to sell the account. Of course you don't have to post in the Pakistan topic, I just find the sequence of events strange. Do you really want me to thoroughly analyze your activity from 2014-2018; 2018-2021; and 2021-2026? Honestly, the evidence points to a possible account change. If you haven't changed accounts, sign a message from an address you used on this forum before 2018.

I would like to assist joker_josue by providing additional evidence. I noticed a significant change in the account's capitalization pattern. In older posts ( from june 16, 2014, to march 14, 2021), the user frequently started sentences with lowercase letters and displayed inconsistent capitalization throughout their writing. In more recent posts ( from april 6, 2021, to the present), capitalization has become noticeably more consistent, and sentences are far more likely to begin with uppercase letters. Following the password change on march 18, 2021, the account also began posting in the gambling section on april 6, 2021. This is noteworthy because, prior to that date, the account had no posting history in the gambling section.

At that time I posted in that section of the forum using Google Translate as far as I remember, to get local people to my exchange page.
No, you didn't. This account belonged to a person of Chinese origin. You can take the first few pages of your post history, plop them in any LLM and ask it to take a guess at the author's country of origin. It will always say China as the #1 answer. As someone who has been here the whole time, its obvious this was a Chinese person invested in LakeBTC, an exchange based in Shanghai. Its obvious not only because of the exchange's location but because of the use of English patterns typical of Chinese ESL writing. The reason this is relevant to your sigban is because you were probably juggling multiple accounts for years, perhaps not putting as much effort into some of them as others, and it shows. You can deny it up and down but it would explain why you post the way that you do. I have a hard time believing someone buys an account just so they can have that one account.

@Nrewcker you know that you can’t justify your point here if you don’t have much support coming from other DT or Reputable user. User here has their own high standard so you better improve your post or start expanding your connection if you think this is your best post quality to offer in the forum. They will target your account reputation if they don’t have much shit post to dig on your account. Until now, I still don’t understand why does the responsibility should not be passed to the campaign manager that hire these users instead of removing their capabilities to earn forcibly. Forum is not moderating scams or anything that involves money so why do mods need to interfere on something that already has their own paid user assigned to manage it? This bunch of signature ban cases are proof that campaign management quality is also the main problem. These users will not wear the signature code if they are not hired to post.
