For me, the best way to help is not to do someone's work, but to show them the right way. Because if you are an experienced person, your small advice can save them months of mistakes. But at the same time, I want to say that helping does not always mean that we get nothing. Many times, when we help others, we have to give our time, attention and energy. If you give someone 1 hour of your time, you could have used that time for something else. Still, I think it is valuable to help the right people in the right situation. Because if you are a mentor, you can have a positive impact on others' education, career and personal development. But it is also important to remember that you do not need to help someone in such a way that that person becomes completely dependent on you.
The best way to help someone is too teach them how to help themselves and help people to grow but not to depend on you, sometimes a little advice can make someone from making a lot of mistakes, teach someone the way and can find their own path to be better, so actually helping is good but your knowledge can change someone life so we should never be afraid to share help to people and also helps other but don’t forget to protect your own peace, real help does not mean you will eventually do everything for that person, so our advice are more valuable than our money.
