I agree with the statement to an extent but not fully. In my opinion the idea "together we stand divided we fall "is rather a stereotype than a truth". If we work together we can certainly get a lot done but if we fail to coordinate or disagree or go in the wrong direction, a group can fail. In a team, there must be a certain independence before the contribution of the whole team.We should not simply say never stand alone but when to stand together and when to stand alone.

Honestly, inasmuch as I do feel like this topic statement is true theoretically, because unless people come together, alot of things  can be accomplish especially for small scale development or fighting for a common goal but when it comes to large group forming, practically, it feels like the gathering of people is a motive for one man to get enormous profit, in a nut shell, bringing together of people today feels like gathering people to suit the greed of one man.

In the present day, my brother would do a similar thing. Pooling money to purchase things makes it easier to achieve. You have to first know that there are things that you should do alone and other things that you can not do alone but will need the help and collaboration of others. knowing where either of these are to be utilized is very important. if you are engaging in a task that requires collaboration and you are trying to do it all by yourself, you are certainly going to become all worn out, and the end result is experiencing a major breaking down.

This is why we still having borrowing as a necessity when it is utilized the right way and can save you time and effort compared to trying to do everything on your own. even the biggest and wealthiest of nation still form alliance because of how key collaboration is.

I do not agree with that "together we stand, divided we fall". I don't think that it is always true. Everyone has different nature, sometimes people feel good working independently, which gives them more space. They use their own ideas and their own timelines to get things done. Sometimes people who work in a group fail terribly because of the people having different opinions and multiple disagreements among them. There can be multiple reasons for that including poor leadership or the people who do not contribute equally to the teamwork and depend on others and wait for the final result so they can benefit without working .


Our examples show how cooperation can work when everyone in group has clearer role and is also working for common goals. But human beings are a bit different, they have different natures, and their way of working is different. Everyone has their own opinions and they have their own priorities, sometimes they do not agree on a single point. If you put people together into a single group having different opinions and priorities, that does not create strength that will create disagreement among them. A person who works individually with a clear vision can achieve things easily, as compared to what working in a group cannot.  Whereas, on the other hand, having a right team can achieve things that a person individually cannot manage to achieve.

I believe that piece of advise had helped you grow to become the man today. An English adage says, A tree cannot make a forest. The main reason why in a family, effort is required from everyone to make the place a home. In society today, no man is an island. We all have neighbors, friends, hangout mates, partners, fiancés, tutor, we all have that interaction with the outside world, including introverts. That appears to be one of the best lesson in life, though it may look very common but anyone that understands the principle of unity can never be destroyed know matter the challenges ahead.
To an extent it may look very common but deep down it is very important because destroying a united home is the greatest task one will ever embark on because unity is the key to a successful union be it big or small.
With the uncontrollable situation at hand today,  i will say unity is the key for unlocking the door of challenges.  Many are destroyed today not because they lack individual strength but just as they lack the strength of unity.
 To remain strong,  we most never neglect the power of unity in all we do.

I am replying base on the topic, well a tree can not make a forest as the elderly ones made parable, that's why 2 good Heads are better than one. There are things you would want to do, you will need man power or large numbers of labor to succeed not doing it by yourself. Togetherness is what makes success. No man is an island of knowledge no matter how smart you are you will need the collective ideas of people in a team to succeed. You may be the brain behind it but you still need people to help you complete the plan, that's what you don't underestimate the power of collective effort.
