In reality team doesn't work anymore in our society where everyone wants to lead a group,  working alone Is now the fastest way to achieve one's dream, in this era team work are not necessary to get a goal, thr internet has made life more easier for us to grow alone, you just have to put up your work and market it very well and you will still get your target audience without building with a team.

Team work is important if every one shared responsibility without having a personal desire aside the team goals,  it will be very hard to assemble a team where everyone will agree on the same goal without personal  goal.
