1. What Even Is a LAN Solo Pool?
A LAN solo pool is:

You

Your miner

Your node

Your network

Your electricity bill crying softly in the corner

It’s basically:

“I don’t trust the internet, so I’m mining in my own house like a cryptographic raccoon.”

No Cloudflare.
No domains.
No ports.
No botnets.
No strangers.
Just you vs the blockchain.

2. What You Need

A Linux box — Ubuntu, Debian, whatever doesn’t explode.

A full node — BTC, BCH, STRAT, whatever chain you’re soloing.

Miningcore installed — the pool software that does the magic.

Your ASIC — the angry space heater that prints hashes.

If you have these, congratulations:
You’re ready to become a LAN goblin.

The LAN Network Setup (The Goblin Triangle)
Your LAN solo pool has exactly three creatures:

Node → talks to the blockchain

Miningcore → talks to the miner

Miner → screams hashes into the void

They all sit on the same LAN like:

“We’re not going outside. Outside is scary.”

Your miner points to: stratum+tcp://192.168.x.x:3333

Your Miningcore points to: http://localhost:8332

Your node points to: the blockchain, obviously

That’s it.
The triangle is complete.
You are now a LAN wizard.

4. The Node Config (bitcoin.conf or whatever chain)
Put this in your node’s config:

server=1
rpcuser=lanminer
rpccookiefile=/home/you/.bitcoin/.cookie
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcbind=127.0.0.1
txindex=1

This tells your node:

“Only talk to Miningcore. Ignore everyone else. Especially the internet. The internet is full of weirdos.”

5. The Miningcore Config (config.json)
Your pool config needs:

RPC creds

Wallet address

Block template settings

Stratum port

Difficulty settings

The funny part?

Miningcore doesn’t care if you have 1 miner or 100 miners.
It just sits there like:

“Send me hashes, you little goblin.”

Point Your Miner at Your LAN Pool
On your ASIC, Bitaxes, Nerdq's so on so on:
stratum+tcp://192.168.x.x:3333
username: anything
password: anything

Your miner will immediately start screaming:

“HASHES FOR THE HASH GOD!”

Miningcore will respond:

“Good job, little buddy.”

Your node will quietly whisper:

“I hope you find a block someday.”

7. When You Hit a Block
Your LAN solo pool will:

explode with joy

throw confetti (digitally)

pay YOU directly

flex on every pool miner on Earth

Your miner will be like:

“I DID IT! I AM THE CHOSEN ONE!”

You will be like:

“I am unstoppable.”

Your electricity bill will be like:

“Please stop.”

8. Why LAN Solo Pools Are Amazing

Zero botnet risk

Zero DNS issues

Zero internet dependency

Zero pool fees

Maximum goblin energy

It’s just you, your miner, and your LAN.
Pure, uncut solo mining.

9. Final Goblin Wisdom
A LAN solo pool is:

safer

faster

simpler

funnier

more chaotic

more satisfying

And when you hit a block?

BRO YOU WILL ASCEND.

End of Note.
