He's lying. They contacted us for a VIP transfer. He asked us for a $15k bonus with 0x wagering. In return, he said he would deposit $4k. We offered him a $10k deposit and %400 bonus with 5x wagering and based on his transaction history on other sites, we told him we could offer a $4k deposit and a 100% bonus. He called us a scam and closed the conversation.
