check out Hodl Hodl or Bisq.  They are peer-to-peer and dont require KYC.

It would also be helpful if you mentioned whether you are interested only in a crypto-to-crypto exchange or if you need fiat on-ramps too.

You are looking for Non KYC exchanges but the ones mentioned were centralized and required KYC verification so it appears like you are confused with your request here.

If you want crypto exchanges that were like paxful and noones, they are plenty and most of them are intergrated onto popular platforms like Binance, OKX, Bybit, Kucoin...

I am not sure, but I do not think Noones fully and necessarily required complete KYC. Just basic level 1 KYC. But Paxful required KYC compulsorily. Maybe he moved from Paxful to Noones.

Although I do not understand him either because he posted that he did not need peer to peer, but Paxful and Noones are peer to peer.

Noones has KYC policies^[1] and a list of restricted countries^[2]. We cannot describe it as a "no-KYC" platform.

If you are looking exclusively for exchanges similar to Paxful and Noones, I currently know of only two platforms that might be similar.

CoinCola and LocalCoinSwap support web-based P2P trading with an escrow system to protect your funds. They do not require KYC, but there is a daily withdrawal limit.
However, do your own research and try them at your own risk.

I had the same feeling reading through the thread, especially since the op doesn't look too sure about what they want and dismissing good suggestions. It could be that they are tailoring their response to match with the services that they would eventually promote later on in the topic. Finger's crossed anyway and even if that was their intention, after these responses, they'd find another account to do it later.

Try Bitvalve, I am 99% sure that this is the unregulated version of Noones because Noones' teams are the one behind this new platform too. I am not pasting any links because they have got many and if you were part of the official Noones Telegram page, then you can see it is pinned in their group, just check it out from there.

BTW, noones is not a no KYC exchange, you need mandatory KYC to get the deposit address but here it is not mandatory but you will get only the limit of $1000 and can't withdraw any crypto with unverified accounts.

They had levels but even in level 1, that basic information is part of KYC so there is no way you would use the platform minus attaching your name, date of birth and email to the account.

Also there limits for level for were too low for a regular trader.

This is always happening here and many of them pretend to ask something, but they have hidden agenda with each post they made.

Also if the platform asked KYC, they cannot really use NO KYC word thing. Since its misleading, lots of platform doing this for marketing purposes. They need to change their approach, because many people see it as shady claims due to misleading information they share.

Hodl Hodl is web based. Peer to peer simply means that you are transacting person to person. It doesn’t have anything to do with the application or protocol in this context.
