Noted on the Telegram account — that's a separate matter between SCORAS and bigeviljoe, not something I can speak to directly. My own case never depended on that account. It's built entirely on Nick, who you've confirmed you do recognize as official.

One thing worth saying though: if @affiliatescoras, "Andreas," or any reference to that account and contact details has since been scrubbed from your website or socials, that proves nothing on its own. Deleting a page doesn't erase what was said on it. My affiliate, bigeviljoe, will be providing further evidence on that specifically a bit later.

Back to Nick, and back to the one thing that's been open since the first post: a specific stake pattern, specific round numbers. You've now declined three times to name one, each time redirecting to "a mediator or regulator can review it." Fine — I'll take it there. But let's be accurate about what "our position remains unchanged" means: it means you still haven't shown anyone, including a regulator if one ever asks, what the actual violation was. Declining to explain a decision isn't the same as the decision being justified.

At the end of the day, what matters most here is that people can see exactly how you do business.

Our position has already been made clear, and we are not going to repeat the same discussion indefinitely.

You accepted the return of $505, and the $505 was paid to you in full.

From our side, the matter is concluded. Our decision is final and will not be changed through further posts, accusations, or repeated demands on Bitcointalk.

You are free to pursue whatever external dispute-resolution channels you wish, and we will respond through the appropriate channels if required.

There will be no further back-and-forth from SCORAS regarding this matter.

The case is closed from our side.

Noted. For anyone reading this later: four replies, four refusals to name a single stake size, round number or actual betting pattern. That's the whole thread in one line.

That's exactly why I'm posting here — your actions need public visibility. You've now answered me 3-4 times within an hour on this thread. When it actually mattered — when I needed my withdrawal resolved — I got silence for days at a time.

Taking it to CasinoGuru and the regulator from here, as advised.

This case was finished approximately 15 days ago. You proposed a resolution, we accepted it, and you received your money.

Now, 15 days later, your affiliate presents Telegram messages from an account that does not belong to SCORAS and uses wording that is not even consistent with how our company communicates.

And somehow this is supposed to mean we should now pay you an additional amount?

No. Our decision is final.

Please stop going around in circles. If you want to report the matter to CasinoGuru, the regulator, or any other authority, you are more than welcome to do so. We will provide our evidence and deal with it through the appropriate channels.

There will be no further discussion from us here.

Have a wonderful day.

No need to repeat your decision again — I'm not interested in it. I'm not asking for any additional payment. I'm only showing the audience who you actually are.

For the record, for anyone reading later: this thread has four SCORAS replies, and not one of them names a single stake size, round number or actual betting pattern — only the word "final." Readers can judge for themselves what that means.

And it's worth noting: when I actually needed a decision from you, I went 3-4 days at a time without a reply. Here, you've managed 5 replies in under an hour.

Moving this to CasinoGuru and the regulator, as you suggested.

This matter was already resolved. The agreement was made with the player, the $500 was returned, and the case was closed. We are not going backwards and we are not renegotiating a settlement that has already been agreed upon.
The settlement stands. The $500 was returned. The player agreed to it. The matter was closed.

This is not a settlement - it is your admission that SCORAS is a scam casino.

You keep lying and trying to mislead everyone. If you think that a few previous withdrawals of several hundred dollars are proof of a good reputation, I have bad news for you.

Just as you lied about that person not being your manager, you are lying now as well.
In the next reply, I will explain in more detail how they are trying to deceive everyone on this forum.

IMPORTANT SECURITY CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE TELEGRAM "AFFILIATE" ACCOUNT

There is also something important we need to correct and put publicly on record after reviewing the screenshots that have been posted as evidence.

The Telegram affiliate account shown in those screenshots does NOT belong to SCORAS and is NOT controlled by SCORAS.

We can see why people may believe it belongs to us. The account is presented using SCORAS branding and is apparently representing itself as connected to our affiliate operation.

Please explain why you removed the link to Andreas's Telegram account from your website today. I have all the evidence proving that this is your account, but today you removed the link from the website.

However, it is still clearly visible that Andreas is one of your managers. I also have a screenshot of your website from yesterday that clearly shows this Telegram account as an official SCORAS contact.

Do not try to pretend otherwise. Your reputation will sink along with the $1,900 that you unfairly withheld from the player.

Everyone should know:

SCORAS = SCAM

Yes, we previously displayed that Telegram handle on our website. We intended to register and use that handle, but at the time it was displayed, the account had not actually been registered or taken under our control. Putting an unregistered handle on the website was obviously a mistake on our part, which is why it was removed once we became aware of the situation.

What I find extremely strange is the timing.

Suddenly, this Telegram account appears and starts having conversations about this exact case while presenting itself as connected to SCORAS. Meanwhile, none of our streamers, influencers, affiliates, or other partners who work with us have been communicating with this account.

You yourself have always communicated with Nick. You have never communicated with this account before. So yes, I find it very convenient that this account suddenly appears now and is being presented as evidence against us.

I have my own theories about how that account appeared and who may be behind it, but those are my personal suspicions and I am not going to present them as facts without evidence.

The fact remains: that Telegram account was not controlled by SCORAS, and messages sent from it were not official communications from our company.

The original case was already concluded, and nothing contained in messages from an account we do not control changes that.

I wish you the best of luck. Thank you, and have a good day.

On the "unregistered handle, mistake, removed once we became aware" story — the timing doesn't fit. That account's messages were still live and visible when this dispute went public. The complaint went up yesterday; the account's messages were pulled right after that, and the SCORAS website references to it were cleared today.

An account that was "never ours" and "never registered" doesn't usually need its messages deleted right after someone posts screenshots of it. I'll let readers draw their own conclusion from the timing.

Either way, none of this touches my case. My case is Nick, which you've confirmed is official, and the same question stands: name the stake pattern.

Yes, we previously displayed that Telegram handle on our website. We intended to register and use that handle, but at the time it was displayed, the account had not actually been registered or taken under our control.

This explanation is honestly incredible to read.

You are now openly admitting that SCORAS published this Telegram handle on the official SCORAS website and presented it to visitors as a SCORAS contact.

And your defence is now:

"We published an official Telegram contact on our own website, but somehow the Telegram account behind that exact handle was not ours."

Do you seriously expect anyone reading this thread to consider that a normal or credible explanation?

I have screenshots from your own website showing this Telegram contact being presented by SCORAS.

I also have screenshots of the Telegram account itself, using SCORAS branding, identifying the person as Andreas from SCORAS, and discussing this exact player case with me.

These are not assumptions. These screenshots exist and are being published as evidence.

Putting an unregistered handle on the website was obviously a mistake on our part, which is why it was removed once we became aware of the situation.

So let us understand your position correctly.

SCORAS placed a Telegram username on its official website without controlling it.

Visitors were therefore directed by SCORAS itself to a Telegram username that, according to your current story, could supposedly have been registered by absolutely anyone.

And now, after this dispute became public, the link suddenly disappeared from your website.

That does not make the situation look better for SCORAS.

It makes it worse.

Either this account was connected to SCORAS, as all the evidence available to me indicates, or SCORAS publicly directed its own users and partners to a Telegram account that SCORAS claims it did not even control.

Neither version reflects well on SCORAS.

Suddenly, this Telegram account appears and starts having conversations about this exact case while presenting itself as connected to SCORAS.

"Suddenly appears"?

The handle was published on YOUR WEBSITE.

That is the part you keep trying to talk around.

I did not invent this Telegram username.

I did not publish it on scoras.io.

SCORAS did.

And fortunately, I have screenshots of the website from before you removed it.

You cannot publish a Telegram contact on your official website and then, after messages from that account become inconvenient, simply say:

"Actually, that was not us."

That is not convincing.

Meanwhile, none of our streamers, influencers, affiliates, or other partners who work with us have been communicating with this account.

That claim is not very convincing in light of what actually happened.

The Telegram account connected to Andreas deleted the entire chat after the dispute escalated and after the conversation became damaging for SCORAS.

The full conversation disappeared from Telegram.

Fortunately, I had already taken screenshots before the chat was deleted.

Those screenshots show the account presenting itself as connected to SCORAS, using SCORAS branding, discussing this exact player case, and initially saying:

"How much money do you want?"

and:

"I'll fix this issue."

Later, the same account responded:

"Fuck off."

So saying that nobody else communicated with this account proves nothing.

If the account deletes entire conversations after they become inconvenient, then naturally there may be little visible chat history left afterwards.

Fortunately, I preserved the evidence before the conversation disappeared.

With Nick, the situation was different.

In my Telegram chat with @nickscoras, a significant part of Nick's side of the earlier conversation was deleted, while many of my own messages remained visible.

I also preserved screenshots of that chat:

https://talkimg.com/images/2026/09/27/U0J2Xw.png
https://talkimg.com/images/2026/09/27/U0yl93.png

You yourself have always communicated with Nick. You have never communicated with this account before.

Correct - Nick was my main contact.

That has never been disputed.

But it does not magically make another contact published on YOUR OWN WEBSITE fake.

You are trying to turn a completely irrelevant fact into evidence.

A company can have more than one representative.

The fact that I previously communicated mainly with Nick does not erase the screenshot of your website showing Andreas's Telegram contact.

I have my own theories about how that account appeared and who may be behind it, but those are my personal suspicions and I am not going to present them as facts without evidence.

This is particularly ironic.

You are suggesting some mysterious theory about who might be behind the account while simultaneously admitting that SCORAS itself advertised that exact Telegram handle on its official website.

I do not need theories.

I have screenshots.

Your website.

Your published Telegram handle.

The Telegram profile.

The SCORAS branding.

The link to scoras.io.

The conversations.

And now I also have your public admission in this thread that the Telegram handle really was displayed on the SCORAS website.

Thank you for confirming that part publicly.

The fact remains: that Telegram account was not controlled by SCORAS, and messages sent from it were not official communications from our company.

No.

That is your current claim.

It is not an independently established "fact".

And it directly conflicts with the way SCORAS itself presented that Telegram handle to the public on its own website.

You cannot make the evidence disappear simply by changing the explanation after the screenshots have already been saved.

Removing the Telegram link from the website after this dispute started does not erase the screenshot showing that it was there.

Deleting something today does not change what was publicly displayed yesterday.

And none of this changes the central issue of this thread.

Player ID 471837429 requested a $2,400 withdrawal.

SCORAS returned only the original $500 deposit.

SCORAS voided the remaining $1,900.

The player was blocked.

The remaining $1,900 has still not been paid.

That is why this thread exists.

We are not asking SCORAS for another story.

We are not asking SCORAS for another excuse.

We are demanding that SCORAS pay the player the outstanding $1,900.

Until that happens, the dispute remains unresolved.

Let me make this absolutely clear, because this will be our final response on this matter.

At this point, we genuinely do not even know who we are speaking to. Sometimes the player is writing, sometimes the affiliate appears to be speaking for the player, and different accounts are now posting different parts of the same dispute.

Regarding this Telegram account, the timeline is extremely important.

Quote
The Telegram handle was only placed on our website within the LAST WEEK.

The original case was already concluded approximately 15 DAYS AGO.

We became aware that somebody was actually using this Telegram handle TODAY, after you started posting these screenshots.

So please explain how conversations from this Telegram account are supposed to have anything to do with a decision that was already concluded before the handle was even placed on our website.

We have already admitted our mistake: we displayed a Telegram handle that we intended to use before actually securing it.

That was our mistake. We are not hiding from that.

But whoever subsequently registered or controlled that username does not automatically become an employee, manager, or representative of SCORAS simply because we mistakenly displayed the unsecured handle.

Furthermore, the screenshots you are posting contain substantial content in Russian. We cannot independently understand or verify the full context, chronology, or what may have happened before or after the portions being shown.

So I have a very simple suggestion.

Instead of continuing to post selected screenshots, please make a screen recording of the Telegram conversation showing the account/profile and scrolling through the complete conversation history and dates.

If you are claiming that you have been communicating with this account for weeks or months, show the previous 60 days of conversation history.

That would make the timeline significantly easier for everyone to examine.

And there is an even simpler verification:

Ask this Telegram account to verify itself through an official SCORAS company email address.

We encourage CasinoGuru, a regulator, or any other authority reviewing this matter to request the same verification.

That account will not be able to provide legitimate verification from SCORAS because it is not controlled by us.

So please stop presenting the ownership of this Telegram account as an established fact when that is precisely what is disputed.

Now, regarding the actual case:

THE CASE IS CLOSED.

The resolution was reached approximately 15 days ago and the agreed amount was paid.

We are not reopening it.

We are not renegotiating it.

Additional BitcoinTalk posts will not change our decision.

Negative reviews will not change our decision.

Threats concerning our reputation will not change our decision.

You are completely free to contact CasinoGuru, a regulator, a mediator, a lawyer, or any other appropriate authority. If an official inquiry reaches us, we will provide our evidence and respond through the appropriate channels.

But we will not be pressured into reopening a concluded case because the same accusations continue to be posted publicly.

Quote
The case was concluded approximately 15 days ago.

The Telegram handle was added to our website only within the last week.

We became aware TODAY that somebody was using that handle after you posted these screenshots.

The Telegram account is not controlled by SCORAS.

If you claim otherwise, provide independently verifiable evidence of the account's history and ownership.

Our decision regarding the original case is FINAL.

You can continue posting if you wish. That is entirely your choice.

From SCORAS, there is nothing further to negotiate or discuss regarding the original case.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

Let me make this absolutely clear, because this will be our final response on this matter.

Then let me make our position equally clear.

You can call this your "final response" as many times as you want.

It does not resolve the actual issue.

The player requested a withdrawal of $2,400.

SCORAS returned only the original $500 deposit.

The remaining $1,900 was not paid.

That is the central issue of this thread, and that is the issue you keep trying to move away from.

Sometimes the player is writing, sometimes the affiliate appears to be speaking for the player, and different accounts are now posting different parts of the same dispute.

There is nothing confusing here.

The player is the person whose $1,900 was not paid.

I am the affiliate who referred the player and who communicated with SCORAS regarding this situation.

Both of us are discussing the same case.

That does not change a single fact about the unpaid $1,900.

Furthermore, the screenshots you are posting contain substantial content in Russian. We cannot independently understand or verify the full context, chronology, or what may have happened before or after the portions being shown.

My Telegram interface is in Russian.

Is that seriously supposed to be an argument against the evidence?

Do you have some problem with what language your players or affiliates use?

The language of my interface has absolutely nothing to do with fact that SCORAS did not paid the player his money.

Anyone who needs the Russian text translated can translate it.

And messaging with you are in English anyway.

But again, this is another attempt to move attention away from the actual dispute.

The issue is not the language of my Telegram interface.

The issue is the unpaid $1,900.

Instead of continuing to post selected screenshots, please make a screen recording of the Telegram conversation showing the account/profile and scrolling through the complete conversation history and dates.

You are again trying to turn this thread into a separate argument about Telegram.

I am not interested in allowing that to distract from the player's missing money.

The $1,900 was withheld before this Telegram discussion became the subject of this thread.

So let us stop pretending that resolving a Telegram argument would somehow resolve the player's missing $1,900.

It would not.

THE CASE IS CLOSED.

The resolution was reached approximately 15 days ago and the agreed amount was paid.

We are not reopening it.

We are not renegotiating it.

No.

The case is not closed simply because SCORAS declares it closed.

The player did not receive the $1,900.

Returning his original $500 deposit does not mean that the unpaid $1,900 disappeared.

And it does not turn the return of his own deposit into a satisfactory resolution of the dispute.

From our side, this matter will be considered resolved when the player receives the outstanding $1,900.

That is the resolution we require.

Pay the player his $1,900.

Additional BitcoinTalk posts will not change our decision.

Negative reviews will not change our decision.

Threats concerning our reputation will not change our decision.

Documenting what happened is not the same thing as making a threat.

If SCORAS refuses to pay a player's $1,900, we are entitled to document the dispute, publish our experience, submit complaints and warn other players so they don't fall victim to the same fraud by SCORAS Casino.

We will continue pursuing this through every lawful and appropriate channel available to us.

We will contact review platforms, mediators, regulators and any other relevant parties.

And we will continue making other players aware of what happened if they will play on SCORAS.io so that they can make informed decisions before depositing money with SCORAS.

This is not about "pressuring" SCORAS into giving us something that does not belong to the player.

It is about demanding payment of money that remains unpaid.

Our decision regarding the original case is FINAL.

Your decision may be final from SCORAS' side.

Our dispute is not.

The situation remains extremely simple:

Deposit: $500

Withdrawal requested: $2,400

Returned by SCORAS: $500

Still unpaid: $1,900

That is why this thread exists.

That is why the complaints will continue.

That is why players will continue to be warned.

The case will be considered resolved when SCORAS pays the outstanding $1,900 to Player ID 471837429.

Until then:

The $1,900 remains unpaid, and the dispute remains open.

To be honest, if I were you I won't bother myself over this issues because already your main deposit has been refunded to you. Most casinos doesn't even refund gamblers their initial deposit, instead they asked for additional verification and during that process they could make the case and turning out restrict them from withdrawal. But they were transparent enough to refund you your deposit since you violated their Terms of Service. Yes, we all know that they should have credited your winning but they found it violating their rules there they made refund to you. I think next you should be more selective in terms of using a gambling site to gamble, there are more reliable and trustworthy sites you should be using to gamble.

Yes, we all know that they should have credited your winning but they found it violating their rules there they made refund to you. I think next you should be more selective in terms of using a gambling site to gamble, there are more reliable and trustworthy sites you should be using to gamble.

We are continuing this case because we want to warn other players.

No rules were violated.

And returning the player's own $500 deposit does not give SCORAS any credit whatsoever.

A casino is not supposed to work like this:

You deposit $500.

If you lose - the casino keeps your money.

If you win - the casino simply returns your original $500 and confiscates the rest.

That is not how a legitimate casino is supposed to operate.

A casino exists to accept bets and pay legitimate winnings. If a platform accepts deposits but, when a player wins, simply returns only the original deposit and refuses to pay the winnings, then in my view that is not a casino at all.

That is a fraudulent platform.

And I want to make my position absolutely clear:

I consider SCORAS to be a scam operation that takes players' money, blocks accounts and refuses to pay legitimate winnings.

In this case:

Deposit: $500

Withdrawal requested: $2,400

Returned: $500

Still unpaid: $1,900

Player ID: 471837429

The player did not agree that returning his own deposit was a settlement.

The $1,900 is still unpaid.

So I completely disagree with the idea that SCORAS deserves praise for returning the player's original deposit.

They returned money that already belonged to the player.

That does not compensate for the $1,900 that remains unpaid.

There is also more to this than one player dispute.

SCORAS has also removed my scoras account and removed information related to affiliates and people I was dealing even before this dispute escalated.

I have screenshots and evidence showing what was there before it was removed.

I also have records of my previous cooperation and communications with people representing SCORAS.

So yes, I am going to continue speaking publicly about what happened.

I want players to understand exactly what kind of platform SCORAS is before they deposit their money there.

In my experience, SCORAS is a scam platform that hides behind an Anjouan licence while operating in a way that has nothing to do with what players should expect from a legitimate casino.

A licence does not magically make a platform trustworthy.

And returning only the original deposit after a player wins does not make the situation acceptable.

It makes the problem obvious.

Players should know that they may deposit money, win, and still end up receiving only their original deposit back while their winnings are withheld and their account is blocked.

That is exactly why this thread exists.

That is exactly why we will continue warning people.

And that is exactly why we will continue pursuing this case until SCORAS pays the outstanding $1,900.

I appreciate the input, but I have to disagree with the premise.

SCORAS has not provided any evidence that I violated their Terms of Service. They have not named a specific rule, and they have not shown any data or logs showing a violation. "They found it violating their rules" is only their claim, and a claim is not evidence.

I played on Evolution, a licensed and regulated game provider. Every round is recorded on Evolution's side, with full game history, bet amounts and results. If there had been any irregularity, SCORAS could easily show it. They have not.

Returning my own $500 deposit is not transparency or a favour. That money was mine to begin with. The winnings were generated in legitimate play on a licensed provider, and SCORAS voided $1,900 of them without justification.

"Other casinos are worse" is not an argument. The fact that some casinos confiscate everything does not make it acceptable for SCORAS to confiscate part of a player's balance.

If SCORAS believes a rule was broken, they should state exactly which clause and publish the evidence. Until they do, their position is nothing more than an unsupported claim, and the $1,900 remains unpaid.

-snip-
You're claiming the case, and on the other hand, the casino is claiming these matters are solved.

Perhaps, time to start open the case by yourself? Your upline (OP) feels like putting a comment or support on the case. But maybe it would be right to open the case by yourself, and in the gambling industry, we have 2 third parties to solve an issue between a player & casino.

Maybe you can open the case:
[1] Casino Guru: https://casino.guru/
[2] AskGambler: https://www.askgamblers.com/

Judging by the case, these matters are not gonna going anywhere. Cause, both claims stand on their own perspective. So, we need a third party to at least process these issue/matters.

If SCORAS believes a rule was broken, they should state exactly which clause and publish the evidence. Until they do, their position is nothing more than an unsupported claim, and the $1,900 remains unpaid.
On my two sats, mostly watching issues between the player and the casino. They never put or reveal the evidence publicly, but they can mostly put the evidence to a third-party mediator. I.E (Casino Guru/AskGambler) once they're requested by the third parties.

The Telegram handle was only placed on our website within the LAST WEEK.

The original case was already concluded approximately 15 DAYS AGO.

We became aware that somebody was actually using this Telegram handle TODAY, after you started posting these screenshots.

I do not wish to get involved in the specifics of the case between the company and the player (unless you publicly release more details), but this part of your explanation makes no sense.

So please explain how conversations from this Telegram account are supposed to have anything to do with a decision that was already concluded before the handle was even placed on our website.

That is the part YOU need to explain, since it is your theory, not the player's.

We have already admitted our mistake: we displayed a Telegram handle that we intended to use before actually securing it.

This is bullshit.  You dont accidentally put a Telegram handle on public materials before checking if it is available.  No one in their right mind would do something like that - especially not someone running a professional online gambling business that handles thousands (or millions) of dollars in customer funds.

Quote
That was our mistake. We are not hiding from that.

But you did try to hide it.  Your initial stance was that you had no connection to that Telegram contact, regardless of the fact that it used your visuals or the name of your official representative.  You even claimed you were "in the process of registering and establishing an official Telegram presence specifically for our affiliate operation" and that you would announce it through official channels.  There was no mention of @affiliatescoras, which by that point had already been published on your official website.  Then, of course, you tried to scrub every mention of the @affiliatescoras Telegram handle from your website.  Only after the user bigeviljoe shared a screenshot of your website from yesterday - showing this Telegram account as an official SCORAS contact - did you change your story, claiming this bullshit about some minor mistake on your part.

I think it's pretty evident that the site SCORAS is not going to admit anything, and the player/affiliate are not going to admit anything (like they accepted a settlement). Just a bunch of back n forth that's leading to nowhere.

@OP you should have let the affected party post his own proofs and complaint vs doing it for him. I have no clue if you guys accepted a settlement, but you should take whatever proof to a mediator instead of bickering back n forth here although SCORAS says this is settled. Best result you can get is a complaint to the license provider and a bad review on the mediator site.

@SCORAS I am not sure how you cheat blackjack on Evolution. Curious rule.
