I’m currently available for a Web3 community moderator or customer support role.

I’ve been working with Web3 communities for 4+ years, mainly handling Discord, Telegram and user support. I’ve worked with crypto, gaming, exchange and iGaming communities, so I’m comfortable dealing with both community management and day-to-day user issues.

• Customer support and answering user questions
• Support tickets and resolving user issues
• Deposit and withdrawal questions
• KYC and account-related issues
