Day by day people are becoming more lazy and they want to enjoy more benefits, people do not work as hard as they used to in the past. They want to take more benefits, when they want to succeed in a task with little effort but they cannot. They cannot accept this failure and therefore try to blame others, which is a big mistake.
Until you can accept your own fault, that person will not be able to succeed in any task. So you have to accept this failure and work harder to achieve success.
I'm going to agree with you that people should learn how to accept their mistakes, but I don't think you're right by saying people are getting too lazy or that people are no more working hard as they use to do in the past. Don't you know that it's possible to work really hard and yet not make any progress.
Some people work for a whole day so that they can meet their basic needs and by the time they pay for food, rent, transportation and the rest, they often have nothing left to save. And just telling that person to work more harder because you believe their effort is not enough doesn't solve the problem.
Someone hoping and wishing for a better life does not mean that individual is entitled or they are lazy. Someone your are referring to as lazy might have genuinely done everything within their power but still end up not getting enough results.
But I'm not saying personal responsibility doesn't matter, and it's good to always learn from our mistakes. But I want you to understand that failing doesn't necessarily mean that he or she didn't try enough. Yes effort and hard work is important, but that doesn't ensure that things will turn out well.
