Was it deleted from the play store at some point? because that package name is not returning anything. I can't find it elsewhere either. Do you happen to know the website of this app? screenshots? X account or anything that could help finding it?

The app is called BTC Block Explorer, developed by LL Applications. It's not on Google Play, so it looks like the developer has abandoned this app.

Is there any reason for looking for this app?
I tried to look for some source even in the archive and mirror APKs; it no longer exists. The one on Reddit who posted the APK is banned, and the post is no longer exists.

If your purpose is just to check the BTC address on Explorer, there are many options, like Blockchair or Blockexplorer, developed by other developers that exist in playstore.

I couldn't find it on APK Mirror. An app that was last updated in 2019, is not safe anymore, unless you have a specific reason, you can look elsewhere. Presumably why it'll be hard to find an archive of this apk on mirror sites is because of it low number of downloads, from the link shared by Xalolex above it has 7600 total downloads, it got overlooked. Also, for the safety of your device its risky to go hard on this apk, you could fall into the wrong hands.

I'm 50% sure that it's that app's source based from some commits' contents.
This for example: github.com/llazarus/btc_block_explorer/commit/8c0ef6d267248742171b7b72781ab2915ae985b2
It has matching bundle identifier, package name and logo.
But I'm only 50-50 on this so you should do your own research if it's indeed the correct source code.

Also, it had no released binary so you'll have to build the APK from it by yourself.
