Technically it's an altcoin so here it goes.

Peg-in and peg-out, the mechanisms by which value enters and exits the shielded transfer system, belong to the
broader system and fall outside the scope of this paper.

Peg in and peg out is unspecified so the market value will converge to the value of their token.

Moving bitcoin into the shielded metaprotocol (peg-in) and back out to ordinary bitcoin (peg-out) is covered in the upcoming paper.
