What happened
My Gamba account was permanently banned and my entire balance of USD 3,401 was confiscated.
When I first contacted Gamba Live Support, I was told that I had been banned for “sports abuse”.
Later, support expanded the allegation and stated that I had engaged in “multi account sports abuse across many accounts”.
They then claimed that I was “running a syndicate”, and finally stated that they had a “clear connection between 5+ sports abuse accounts all owned by you”.
My position
I categorically dispute these allegations.
I have only one Gamba account. I do not own or operate 5+ Gamba accounts and I am not running any betting syndicate.
I asked Gamba to provide:
- the factual basis for allegedly linking my account to the other accounts;
- the specific Terms and Conditions clause I allegedly violated;
- the contractual basis for confiscating my entire balance, including deposited funds;
- clarification of whether the alleged link was based on KYC information, payment methods, wallets, IP addresses, device/browser fingerprints, betting activity or other evidence;
- confirmation of whether the case was reviewed by Gamba’s compliance/fraud team or Betby’s fraud prevention team.
Gamba’s response
No specific evidence was provided to me.
Support stated that the decision was final.
Gamba also explicitly told me that they would normally have returned my deposit, but because they believe I was allegedly running a syndicate, they decided to confiscate the deposit as well.
Additional concern
Withdrawals remain blocked.
When I attempt to withdraw USDT, the site displays:
“Your USDT wallet is temporarily locked.”
However, despite Gamba stating that my account is permanently banned and my funds have been confiscated, casino slot wagering is still available on the account.
In other words, I cannot withdraw the balance, but the same balance can still be wagered in casino games.
Evidence available
I have:
- the complete exported Gamba Live Support transcript;
- screenshots of my USD 3,401 balance;
- deposit and withdrawal history;
- sports betting history;
- casino activity;
- screenshots showing the withdrawal restriction;
- a copy of the formal written complaint already sent directly to Gamba.
I have also raised the matter publicly in Gamba’s official Bitcointalk ANN thread and submitted complaints to other dispute-resolution/review services.
Requested resolution
I am requesting the release and withdrawal of my full USD 3,401 balance.
If Gamba maintains that I operated multiple accounts or a betting syndicate, I ask them to provide sufficient evidence supporting that allegation and identify the exact contractual basis for confiscating my entire balance, including deposited funds.
I will update this thread with any response or resolution from Gamba.

I see that you have also made a post in their ANN thread, but their representative has been inactive for a month. You can send them a PM, see if they get the email notification and come to answer some of the questions regarding your case.

It seems you are mistaken, because their representative on the forum was last active on the forum on August 26, 2025, which was about a year and a month ago, and his last post was on August 23, 2025.

So I don't think contacting him on the forum will help. He can instead contact support[at]gamba.com directly and send them all the evidence showing that their claim that he owns multiple accounts is false. Then, he can also put pressure on them through social media and ADR to bring attention to what happened to him.

They also seem to respond to reviews on Trustpilot, so he can post a review there too. They have 172 reviews and a 2.4-star rating, and 65% of them are 1-star.

This shows that they already have received a lot of negative feedback, so OP may not be the only one who has experienced this.

To clarify the current status:
- I have already submitted a formal written complaint directly to Gamba at support@gamba.com.
- Gamba has not provided any substantive response by email yet. Their accusation and final decision were communicated through Live Support.
- I have already posted a Trustpilot review and contacted Gamba publicly through their official X account.
- I have also submitted the case to several independent complaint/dispute services, including Bookmakers Review and CasinoReviews.
I have not yet submitted the case to an Anjouan-approved ADR. I am currently waiting for Gamba's formal written response to my complaint before taking that step.
Regarding evidence: I have the complete exported Live Support transcript, screenshots of the USD 3,401 balance, the withdrawal restriction, transaction history and betting history.
The transcript contains Gamba's statements that:
- I was banned for "multi account sports abuse";
- I was allegedly running a "syndicate";
- they claim I own 5+ linked accounts;
- they confiscated the balance, including the deposit.
I will upload redacted screenshots of the key parts of the conversation so that no personal information is exposed.
I agree that contacting the old Bitcointalk representative is probably unlikely to help given how long the account has been inactive, but I may still send a PM in case email notifications are enabled.

The screenshots were taken at different times. During this period, withdrawals were restricted, but casino games remained available and I continued placing casino wagers. This is why the displayed account balance varies between the screenshots. The amount I am disputing in this complaint is USD 3,401.

That is a fair request, and it is the only way to "prove" that what they claim is correct. Right now they stand as judge, jury and executioner, and it is only normal that you feel cheated out of your winnings (though i'm also not saying you're "not-guilty").

That said, i'd nudge @holydarkness here, in case he would be open to act as an independent mediator in this case, that is of course if you are also willing to accept it and lodge your complaint in Contest Hunters.

The issue of multiple accounts is mostly discovered by their system; all of these have already been programmed by their technical department. It is mostly a result of you sharing different accounts with the same IP address. I think the way out for other users who are yet to face this same challenge is to avoid any gambling platform that does not support multi-accounting, because either you like it or not, one day you may mistakenly jump into an IP address that has the same user account with a casino, and their system will immediately flag you out.

@Coyster, yes, I would absolutely be willing to have the case reviewed by an independent mediator. If @holydarkness is willing to review the dispute through Contest Hunters, I am happy to cooperate and provide the complete support transcript, transaction records, betting history and other relevant evidence privately.
I do not expect Gamba to disclose their entire fraud-detection system publicly. My request is simply that the evidence supporting their allegation that I own 5+ accounts should be reviewed by an independent party before USD 3,401 is permanently confiscated.
Regarding the IP-address point, I cannot say what technical signal triggered Gamba's system because they have never told me. It could be IP data, device information, betting patterns or something else.
However, an IP or other technical correlation by itself does not explain to me how Gamba concluded that 5+ accounts are actually owned by the same person. That is exactly why I am asking for independent review of whatever evidence they relied upon.
I am not asking Gamba to publish sensitive anti-fraud information. They can provide the relevant evidence confidentially to a mediator.
If Contest Hunters is willing to take the case, please let me know what information is required and I will submit it.
