I need to feel like I am not just burning my money away even if it's just a dollar or two, the reason why I am gambling is to have some fun with small amount of money, so I wouldn't waste that small money on boring games.

I like few old slots and I am open to trying new ones out, the games will need to confuse me enough for me to keep waiting to come back to that same game, the rest is how the casino process my wins.

To deposit on a casino account is very fast, i have to feel this same way when I want to withdraw from the online casino, once I noticed that the withdrawal is taking too long I will start thinking twice about the online casino.

Personally I don’t see reason to kept trying new sites while the one you are using recently is doing just fine . Trying multiple sites will expose to different kind of risks too , you should know that is not all site are trust worthy. So trying multiple sites will increase the chances of you being victim of a bad one . As long you have casino that meet your standards, like fast withdrawal process, good games, active customer service, and also with some level of fairness .

I'm more looking at how they handle withdrawals. I'm not really the kind of gambler who is into bonuses, so its fine if they have less bonuses, but most of the reputable casinos I'm using are running competitions and bonuses regularly, so I think that already comes with being a popular casino.

There are lots of reasons but good customer support us actually important to me, if i can reach out to support and get a fast or prompt response it makes me feel more safe to continue using the casino but in a case where it takes forever to get a response whenever I have an issue then it shows that the casino isn't really prioritising the satisfaction of their customers. For me, it's mostly these:

1. Withdrawals - I always prefer fast withdrawals, if not instant. If a site makes me wait more than 10 mins for a withdrawal, that is my last day there. Unless, of course, the withdrawal is unusually big.

2- Bonuses - I don't want insane bonuses or 100% deposit bonuses (those suck btw!), but what I do hope is decent weekly and monthly bonuses, and if the casino has top monthly bonus as well, cool.

3- Support - I hate those bot-replies, so at least a support that replies with substance, even if it takes 20 mins for them to join.

That's prolly it, not too demanding of a gambler anyway .

Perhaps opinions have been share but let me say this, if you find something that you genuinely feel good about why run up and down? You can find better offers of course but what special about the offers, in gambling only one thing is certain losing, so if that is the case why should one go to loss to several other sites when you’re already losing to one? True, but almost all the sites have the same games. Same 5-7 originals and then slot providers like Nolimit City, Pragmatic, Hacksaw, etc. But yeah, there are slight variations on originals, so maybe you prefer one over another.

Every reason you mentioned is very valid and as long as it remains so, I would stick to the gambling platform.  However I noticed that there seems to be a sort of familiarity the platform builds on every player when they use a consistent amount of deposits or bet size on a particular platform for long and this affects bonuses or rewards and anything higher than the usual deposits could trigger an AML policy against the player as money laundering and kyc could be required for those who think non KYC sites are better and for those who already use kyc sites, perhaps just a few requirements would be requested before continuing to use the site or platform or else the risk of ban or frozen funds looms.
