backed most of the time by non resident people
who just count on the nationalism/independency
movement of certain persons to make money
while it'll gain some value, they'll dump it
claiming that's the people ...
no future for theses country alts
crypto coins has to be spread worldwide not to
be based on one country, what a centralisation !

Well Quebec coin has no premine. They do the distribution some other way. So the dev wont be dumping anything except his own mined coins. He's one of the most competent devs of the country coins.
