Most of the individuals want to start their own business but they are afraid of one thing " WHAT WILL PEOPLE SAY".

To be honest I am also a little afraid of criticism, that is, what people I know will say, because of this I am also afraid of starting a business. For this reason I thought that I would start a small online business so that my identity will be hidden. Even if I fail in that I will not have to be humiliated socially. I do not know whether I will do the right thing or the wrong thing, On the other hand those who have a job, have a fixed amount of salary that gives them security to manage their family. But if they have to leave their job and go into business, then they have to face pressure if their family is behind them, So in this case I would say that if you can do a small business without leaving your job. This reduces the risk a lot.

That's what destroys many businesses, because of bad feelings towards the family, and we care too much about what other people say, in business it should be different, no matter who it is, and business is business.

No work is small, believe in yourself. Start accordingly to your budget and be your own boss. I did traditional jobs from 11 years, last year I came to know that I was wasting my time when I started my own business.Don't feel reluctant. Do your best and provide the best of what you are. Movement brings blessings. You aren't afraid of risk but instead you are ashamed of people.. Erase financial crises because it brings confidence. Start today, tomorrow never comes.

There is joy in doing one's own work. On the path of life, people will talk a lot and many will stand in front of us, but we have to ignore all those obstacles and move forward. No matter how small our work is, it is my personal work and there is no shame in this work. There are many people in our society who are very ashamed of doing small work, but for me it is completely foolish, because if I live in hardship and do not eat, then no one will give me food, and if I live in hardship, no one will share my suffering. It is better to do any work with respect and we should never sit in fear of what people will say, it will increase our suffering.

More than joy, we get the freedom. Jobs can be hectic no matter how good to pay. We usually get stuck in jobs and hardly get time for other activities. With business, we can manage time more efficiently. The same cycle continues when in job. We get the salary, we pay our bills and wait for the next salary. A lot of people get used to this and they do not even consider thinking about quitting because they just can't plan their expenses without the monthly salary.

Starting a business is challenging but once the business is up and running, our financial situation can be far better than what job. For me personally, business has always been the best possible option but there would be people having quite opposite views.

You are right if we want to be successful in the business then don't hear the words of Negative people because negative people will create negativity. The people who took step in young age they were failed one time or two time but they have no big responsibility and they learned many lessons and after they stood and took time for that and they implemented all things which they learned from their past businesses and ideas and they have practical knowledge and now they are successful. Why would people prevent launching a business due to fear of criticism? I don't understand it. If someone laughs at someone working it means that person is an asshole who shouldn't have his opinion considered at all. I guess it tells more about who is laughing than about who is working on his own.

I think what prevents people from opening a business is fear of failure, fear of losing their budget. Meanwhile, criticism will be present in every kinds of jobs, being personal business or being as an employee for someone else. So, it's pointless to pay attention to it.

Anyone who is afraid to start his own business is not doing something illegal, maybe the individual is planning something illegal, because why  I am going to be afraid of starting something that will help me and I will benefit from? Those who we see today and think they become rich did not make it in a single day, they started it from small, many businesses owners and companies owners started it from small businesses and become successful businesses owners.

I disagree - I would have thought most entrepreneurs are less concerned about what people think
and more concerned with points like, will the business be profitable, will I be able to secure funding,
do I have the necessary skills to carry it through to viability.

Most people dont care what others think of them, and this is more the point for people who are business
orientated. If most people were affected by what others think - then nothing would get done.

If anyone truly believes they have a viable business opportunity they will and should see it through as
far as they can go with it.

I think there's a little misunderstanding here. You're talking about actual business and real entrepreneurship. In this case, the fear is not actually about people's perception, it's purely about profit. If I understand Op correctly, that's not the kind of business he's talking about. He's referring to petty jobs that most people look down upon in the society. He made example of street food selling and of course, most people consider people's perception before going into such business in our society.

There's money in such business more than some white collar jobs but people are ashamed to get into it because of what people will say. In my country here, someone will prefer a job that the earning is around 50k instead of going for such businesses that the earning is more than 100k because people will look down on them. Its also not possible for a person doing a day job to look after such things all of a sudden, so I suggest people to start something they like to do on a hobby basis and gradually scale it such that leaving their day job is no longer an issue for them.

How much do people care about my life? If I can still relate to having no money and no one understanding by asking how you're doing today when they see my face, during that time, we shouldn't care about what people say as long as we don't bother them.
As part of a fighting machine, I still don't have the luxury of waiting, because I might not be able to work tomorrow.
I agree that we should be ashamed of ourselves if the day comes when we don't achieve the success we hoped for because we cared too much about what others said. No success comes from not working and not starting. Ups and downs are something that is certain to be achieved once you start.

Not everyone becomes a businesswoman, not everyone becomes a worker, not everyone likes his hobby to be monetized, sometimes we think too far about this world that all must move to the forefront and make enough money with the activities we do.

If you can only be a worker, then do your job as well as possible, if you want to be a businessman then do it despite the many obstacles, but do not be too pushy if you do not have a thorough preparation in any field there is a need for preparation and risk and the price to be paid.

Huhhhh the world is very busy if you think about work and money to earn, until there is no time to fish to enjoy your time or gather with family, let's enjoy this life according to what we like to be more valuable. (the other side of me started talking).

Only a man who has never experienced poverty before will be ashamed of starting a business when he has the capital. Being ashamed of what people will say is stupid when these people are not responsible for taking care of your basic needs, shelter, food, and hospital bills. I totally agree with you, sometimes we care more about what people will say, we pay attention to other people's opinions, and this has killed so many big dreams, because we feel like people will discourage us, they will laugh at you or even mock you. I can really relate to this topic because similar thing happened to me, I have always wanted to be a content creator and then I joined a content creation class where we are taught how to shoot content, the type of content and how to edit our videos. I was very good in class and I learnt everything that was taught in that class, so I decided to start shooting my own videos so I could post them, I made about 10 videos that I wanted to post and then I decided to show it to my brother and my girlfriend, but the response and reaction I got from them was bad, they discouraged me and kept on asking me to make different videos that the last one I did wasn't good or it was too childish and blah blah blah, and that was how I got exusted and killed that dream. Till today I still have those videos on my device, but I never posted them. So I want to use this opportunity to encourage everyone of you, chase your dreams, start that business, do that thing that's on your mind, do it today, don't worry about what others will say. Before getting yourself involved in something, firstly, you have to weigh the rates of it advantages and disadvantages. You can continue if it seems balanced and stable for you. Don't start because people told you to, and don't quit because people talk about it negatively. Let's be realistic, business is not for everyone. Real entrepreneurs need relentless energy and don't let negativity like that bring them down. You need to be positive because it is often a thankless job during the long phase of growing a business. Most will also have to overcome defeat and failure repeatedly on their journey to success. Not everyone is able to do that and even tough people have had to give in if their many plans did not lead to a viable business. You can sometimes have great business ideas but things can conspire against you - the timing might be wrong (during a recession), a bigger competitor might steal your idea which undercuts you, positioning of property can be key - if you're a physical business but the town around you is dwindling then you might not have enough customers to sustain you and other things like this can knock out different businesses. If you can make it through the first couple years then you have a much better chance of surviving long term.
