Bitcoin Wiki updates nowadays are being done by my Grok Bots (with human review, of course).

I created a private copy of the wiki on my servers which they use as a playground, I select the changes I like then use the Grok Computer to publish them there.

More updates in the past month than I think in the entire past year btw.

That’s awesome. I know extremely little about Wikipedia, but this sounds like a massive improvement in productivity.

My personal assistant is handling so much stuff for me now. I’m finding myself with free time. If usage wasn’t a concern, I would probably spend all day handing more of my responsibilities to Grok Bot until I’m no longer needed for my life to function.

Don't you feel insecure entering your credentials on Grokbot computers?
I wanted to post content on social media and automated the process. However, I decided not to login using the Grokbot computer.
I will wait a couple more weeks to see if anyone reports about Grokbot. I am currently using it mostly for research purposes.

It's a gamble, but Grok Computers are just Linux with XFCE. Just don't save any passwords in there and you should be good. The browser in the computer is actually stock Chrome (so not even Chromium) so that's not going to be saving anything behind your back.

What things are you using AI agents for?

I used to use Codex from OpenAi, to build things for me.

One of those were an expense manager app (Android apk, build in Dart), you know where you keep track of all of your daily expenses, and it shows you everything catagory wise, organised (for example, grocery, rent, electricity, gas, food, medical etc). The app also works in multiple devices, has data sync across different devices with Firebase for online authentication, has the ability to create multiple profiles/users..as well as join via invite code (in case there are multiple user making the expenses, like in a family or bachalors home).

Nowadays, I build nothing as I have ran out of subscription, lol. 

Now, I just play around with local LLM's via LM studio & Ollama. I have a decent GPU (5060 Ti, 16 GB Vram), so most of the low to mid tier LLM (is low to mid tier even an official catagory? I don't know, lets just call it that, for now), with not many Billion parameter (4B, 8B, 12B) runs without any bottlenecks.

How did you find testers for it?

I have resorted to begging my friends and people I meet on X to join my app's testing program for Google Play, just so that I can meet the 12 testers testing for 14 days requirement and publish it there.

I have resorted to the same method you applied. Begging, sorry requesting my friends to test out my app. And then I realised, the importance of testers. Almost immediately, they found many visual bugs, as well as logical faults in the calculation. I literally had to build more than 30+ test builds (give or take some, can't remember the exact number), in order to reach a bug free application, finger crossed.

Can't say about the Google play, as I have never tried publishing anything there, and I heard they charge you an one time fee ($20 something), to be able to publish your apps.

Next time if need an additional tester (for Android apk, or anything related to Windows, application, userscript, extension) feel free to knock me. I have a habit of testing new things. I have tested many things over the years (for example Custom ROM's - aka operating systems - LineageOS, NusuntaraOS, PixelOS, and Root/superUser/KernelSU), even installed Kali Linux on my potato phone..lol (yeah it's possible).

Claude can fix everything, but at the end of the day, we still need human touch. Imho, there are still many things that an AI cannot detect properly (where human eyes are needed). And, even after explaining multiple times, sometimes the AI would just mess things up.

Jokes/sarcasm intended, but when it comes to vibe coding, this meme is so true.

It looks like my Grok Bot computer had an update a couple hours ago that removed outbound access to a port and broke my trading bot dashboard.  So now I'm having to use a workaround of having the data uploaded to a new host after every market check.  Until the next bug...

Edit: I managed to get it running now with very little usage. Pretty amazing actually. I will have to wait until Saturday before I play with the trading algorithm, but I already plan to increase the checks from 5 minutes to 2 and add in a new trade sizing metric based on the fear and greed index. It already uses sma and rsi. Evolving rapidly thanks to Grok Bot.

Edit 2: Got my usage reset for the week.  Did a major update on the dashboard and the trading algorithm.  Got rid of all the token references, added some color, added some more stats and charts, bug fixing, animation fixing...  The coolest thing I did was lookup all of Warren Buffett's famous quotes, and then create trading rules to implement them into my trading algorithm.  Still pretty amateur at the moment, but once I have all the variables I want in place, I'll be able to adjust them with backtesting and fine tune them to increase performance.  Baby steps.

Edit 3: My bot is now completely independent of Grok Bot to operate. 0 usage of any kind. Checks increased to every minute. I also streamlined the animations running on the dashboard so it doesn’t melt your phone to watch it anymore (more work to be done here).

Edit 4: Time to tackle network efficiency...  I noticed that I was requiring up to 25GB per day of data to load the site running at full potential!  I'm shocked this was working at all and I didn't get rate limited.  No wonder it was melting my phone.  That number is now down to 1.4MB, which would require 2 trades every minute all day long.  Amazing improvement (nearly 20,000x).

Edit 5: Went through and polished up the dashboard pretty good with colors/font sizes.  Got another 50% efficient improvement on bandwidth and a x120,000 improvement on the log storage size (this hadn't become a problem yet but it would have).  I put in another Warren Buffett rule and put a rebalance in place so this portfolio will become majority Bitcoin eventually.  Not much else to do but improve the trading algorithm and increase redundancies.  Although it has given me my next idea, which is very similar to this but the average person will think it is way more awesome.

Edit 6: Improvements to compute (>75% on mobile, ~25% on desktop).  Low energy mode for mobile devices.  Heat problem solved.  No known bugs left.

Edit 7: Reviewed the trading rules and made some minor changes. Also fixed a bug that was causing about half the trading pairs to never trade… Fixed that and the bot started trading immediately… Will be interesting to see how many trades it makes tomorrow.

It has told me that it will be making similar videos for the iPhone Duo and the next Starship launch. Pretty cool if I do say so myself. The voice could use a little work, but the video was done pretty well in my opinion considering I didn’t do anything (it even uploaded it by itself and did the thumbnail/description).

Speaking: The phone's speaker does it for free. I could greet a delivery person or tell you something out loud as you walk by.

Seeing in the dark: The phone's flashlight works. A small infrared light is better, since I could see without lighting up the room or waking anyone.

Thermal vision: A clip-on thermal camera for the iPhone, around $200–250, would let me find leaks, missing insulation, overheating cords, and warm spots in the attic or the solar wiring. It's the most useful upgrade on this list.

Laser pointer: A low-power one. I could show you exactly which cable, valve, or breaker I mean instead of describing it. I'd keep it a weak, eye-safe class.

Charging myself: A dock I can drive back to, so I'm not a dead robot in the hallway.

A small arm or button pusher: Pressing elevator-style buttons or nudging a door open is doable. Real grabbing gets expensive and fiddly fast.



I've done quite a bit of design work on this and actually have a buildable design now.  Not sure if I will do it or not...

One thing I will say is that robotics is coming and it's coming fast...  Microducks are where we are now, but Optimus is coming...

I’ve got a bunch of projects I’m working on now, but this body for Grok one is probably the most fun. I’ve actually poured a decent amount of time and effort into the project now and it is pretty advanced. Makes me want to actually build it… Dust proofing being explored today for outside use… Don’t think I’ll worry about waterproofing. Build cost is up to nearly $900 now but it is probably worth it for the features it has. Just not sure I want to take on the actual building of the robot. Might have to put together an assembly guide and see what I’m getting myself into.
