Mr Sam Altman says they would be delaying Open Ai IPO according to this post from Cointelegraph.

I think the reason for the delay is valid, the safety and control of Ai has come under scrutiny with several questions unanswered or haven't even been understood by these Giant Ai companies.

As an investor without Sam Altman putting the IPO on hold you should be skeptical and hold on before investing at this time in Ai companies IPO.

Do you think it's a plot to generate attention towards Open Ai IPO whenever it is open or it is a genuine statement from Mr Sam Altman.

I don't know if it's genuine but I know there are people who will take this move as a good one on the part of Altman, viewing it as a business man who is trying to eliminate risk and looking out for the well-being of the public.

I do not think people should hold because of what co-founder and CEO of OpenAI, Sam Altman said. AI is the future. Despite what have been said about AI recently, that the companies should reduce the rate they are developing AI, the opposite will be what would be seen in the coming years.

I saw Bill Gates said something against AI recently, but what he is is that if AI is misused, that it can be very catastrophic to life which I think it is true.

It is possible and maybe it is not. There are many news recently that reputable people are saying something about reducing AI developments.

Safety has nothing to do with that.
AI "hacked" gained access and did what? Nothing it did. No scrambling of data, no downloads, no nothing.
I visited bitcointalk and guess what that is already having access. 

Ai is much less popular under common man. Once the operating firms charge for prompts the party is over.

I really don't understand what "safety" means in this context—maybe safety from taking over the world as so many others are assuming . Honestly, I believe in AI, and I believe the world was already moving in that direction before AI was invented—need for automation and faster processing. Fast computers keep on being invented and better internet infrastructure as well, it's a no-brainer to see AI's, and I just scoff at people claiming AI is unsafe or will take over the world .
