Come to think of it, there are thousands of videos online about how to invest in Bitcoin properly, searching for good crypto to invest on and also learning crypto trading but some people that called themselves profitable traders or investors are busy selling courses that are free and can be searched online without paying for anything.

The quest for knowledge on how to become a profitable investor or trader has made some newbies to find themselves in the trap of these fake mentors that are seeking for a pay before they can share the knowledge they must have gotten for free online. There are so many investors online that are sharing their trade results and crypto they bought that made them huge profits to attract fans and greedy people that are looking for ways to have almost same result.

Why are these fake profitable investors many online, sharing their charts and profits? What do you think is their motive behind their fake charts?

We must have heard about the disputes when Habby Forex that accused Ahmed XM of collecting $100 from his followers to give them list of tokens they can buy that are going to make them rich and profitable. The story changes when those people started asking for their money because those tokens he listed for them after paying $100 each eventually lose value and some of them went rug.

From my perspective, I think what we should be asking right now is: why is the trader or claimed investor selling those courses?
My reasons for saying this aree literally because there are so many people online claiming to be successful traders and investors; meanwhile they don't know anything about trading or crypto investments. But funny how they still keep getting victims because they always post flashy lifestyles and luxurious things online..

I believe the reason why people become victim to scam is actually that they intend to gain knowledge through the easy way; they don't want to do their own research, as they depend on the information others will share with them. Currently, it's easy to know scammers, as they do not showcase their losses or their trading history either (but not many observe this things).

Erigga do say something similar to this topic, that your course fee makes them rich and not the content of the course. Many of them doesn't even know how to read candles, infact, they'll not send you the course but tricks you into paying for course without having it.

These guys only fake profits on social media and makes you think they are leaving the dream lives. Nah man, it's all fake lifestyle.

I've always advise people to only learn from physical classes, trying it gradually, fail, fail again while becoming a good trader with time. Trading can't be taught properly through online courses -to me.

I think that a trader whether they were ones profitable or not, can do whatever they like within the limits of the law to make money. And that may or may not include selling PDFs , having a subscription channel or a paid program. Some newbies traders have different ways they learn and some are lazy to do the work themselves so they need a so called expert to provide the information they seek in a structured form. However, this may have its own disadvantages which the OP already highlighted.
In my estimation, I would it advise anyone to pay for a course unless it is a professional course. All we need is at our fingertips if we can dedicate the time and energy to search for it.

The luxurious lifestyle is what they need to continue to post in order to attract more people into believing this big and fancy lifestyles they’re trying to show us and prove to us. If they stop posting that, they will lose those followers and trust from the community because they can’t convince them with only word of the mouth. Where there is lie built up, it’ll definitely come to a time that those lies can be hidden again and the truth will prevail. Believing everything a trader posts is at your own peril, always do justice to do your own research and know what to believe and believe not.

Afaik, I don't think it's written anywhere that people aren't allowed to do things like this. Moreover, it's not like people are forced to buy those courses. If you find yourself buying such a course... Then it's clearly your decision. And as for the story you shared, it's a common sense for anyone to report to the police when they feel they've been cheated. This case of one trader dragging the other on the internet certainly has to do with beef or something, so it's not like it has anything to do with the interest of those who felt they were being lied to.

Well, like I said, there's nothing bad with selling trading related courses... And mind you, Nigerian traders aren't the only ones selling trading courses. If you think the available information online is more than enough to become a good trader, well I'm not 100% sure of that because I haven't tried relying on them myself.

Habby Forex has been exposed since. He and his other partners in crime include Emmafx. There are many on social media. Earlier this year, I saw a video of them exposing one another how they are fake and all that. People who still go around trying to learn forex trading from individuals they see online have not been scammed before. It will be a naïve individual who will buy an online trading course from someone they met on social media flaunting wealth.

The wealth was gotten from the people they scammed. None of those guys made their wealth from trading. Subscribe to their Telegram channel and see how they make the money. It is through online courses, as you stated, through fake sponsorships, seminar tickets, and content creation.
