Renaming AI as SI

Gulf of Mexico turned into Gulf of America.
Denali became Mount McKinley.
The Department of Defense became the Department of War.
The US Institute of Peace was renamed after Trump.
The Kennedy Center became the Trump Kennedy Center.
Lake Ontario changed to Lake America.
And now AI gets swapped to SI.

Guess we will see a few more changes before his term is over, with another two years to go.

Let's not even get into his economic and political achievements yet, but one thing's for sure, a lot of people are probably gonna remember him for these weird and kinda eccentric changes. LOL.

Presidents whose focus is to change the names of locations and other things have little or nothing to offer. Changing names has no economic impact on the people.

My country is currently governed by one of the worst presidents in the history of the nation. A few years after he became president, he changed the national anthem. Meanwhile, it is under his regime that the country experienced the highest inflation. Our currency lost close to 65% of its value. Citizens began to wonder what the relationship is between a dying economy and the change of the national anthem.

Outside of US government documents and his circle of tech friends Trumpolini has ZERO influence on the name used. Same goes for his looney renaming of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Ontario. In his delusional mind he thinks AI is superior and some day it may be but for now it is still often not just wrong on answering questions but often outright delusional (just like Trumpolini).

All the news I have been um watching, it was only someone that comment SI that I only noticed out of numerous people that have called it AI in the comments section of the news.

The people reading the news are also calling it AI till now.

People are not calling it SI.

Even my keyboard first changed the SI to AI.

Some people did not know what Trump talked about it at all.

This is just my observations.

It is a good way to get attention by changing name.  It  can be a way but that is not automatically mean that the progress is being made. Any countries improvement is measured by the success of their people , the economics stability,  job opportunities and the public services. The same thing applies to changing the name of AI to SI. Until and unless the new term is going to represent the meaningful change in the technology , it is just a change in the wording. Leaders does have their own priority and visions but people are going to Judge them by their result and the policies that they make. Names just remain in the history book but the actual impact is that what it brings to the people

It will take a while before people start calling it SI after decades of calling it AI… I do however notice that SpaceX seems to be ahead of the pack. References in my SpaceX software are already SI. A weird renaming thing to do at this point in the game, but at least it was a good troll on OpenAI.
