LowEX is an instant crypto exchange. You don't sign up, and we don't ask for ID or contact details. Each order gets its own page with an ID, so save the link and you can come back to it any time.

We opened in August 2026. This is our official thread: ask questions, report bugs, and watch for updates here.

How a swap works

1. Choose what you send and what you get. The form shows the rate, the minimum you'll receive and the min/max for that pair.
2. Paste your receiving address. The refund address is optional, but fill it in: refunds are then automatic.
3. Click Create order. You get a deposit address and a link to the order page. Save the link.
4. Send the deposit before the timer runs out. The order page moves through Waiting for deposit, Swapping and Completed, and shows the payout transaction at the end.

Most swaps finish a few minutes after the deposit is confirmed. Monero takes about 20 minutes.

Rates and limits

- The rate in the form already includes our margin and the network fee for your payout. Nothing is added after that.
- The rate is floating, so the final amount depends on the market at the moment of the swap. If you send the exact amount on time, you get at least the "Minimum received" figure from the form.
- The minimum order is fixed in USD, currently about $30. The maximum depends on the pair and is shown in the form.
- Large orders are checked by hand before you get a deposit address. You won't have to send funds first and wait for approval after.

Coins and networks

33 networks, 95 coins and tokens: BTC, ETH, XMR, TRX, SOL, LTC, DOGE, XRP, ADA, BCH, DASH, ZEC, XLM, SUI, APT, AVAX, POL, NEAR and others. USDT works on 11 networks (Ethereum, Tron, Solana, TON, Polygon, Avalanche, Aptos, Gnosis, Optimism, Scroll, NEAR), USDC on 15.

Every asset in the list comes with its network. Send only on the network shown on the order page, and add a memo where the network needs one (Stellar, for example). Coins sent on the wrong network don't reach the swap. Getting them back is a manual job and doesn't always work.

Standard and Confidential

You pick the mode in the same form before creating the order.

Standard is a normal cross-chain swap. On most pairs a small underpayment or overpayment is recalculated in proportion.

Confidential settles the order on a private settlement layer, so the link between your deposit and your payout isn't written to the public blockchain. The rate is about 0.1% higher, you have to send the exact amount, and it isn't offered for swaps from XMR, since Monero is confidential on its own.

It is not full anonymity. The amounts and timing of the incoming and outgoing transactions can still be seen.

When something goes wrong

- The swap can't be completed: the deposit goes back to your refund address automatically, minus the network fee. Without a refund address, support handles the refund by order ID, and that takes longer.
- You sent less than the order amount: send the rest to the same address and the swap starts.
- You paid after the order expired: late deposits are usually picked up automatically. If yours isn't, write to support with the order ID.
- Wrong network: see above.

Funds must be of lawful origin. Our rules allow us to refuse an order, and in that case the deposit is refunded.
