There may or may not be a portal to the network available at solzaar.com, you can also access all functionality by running the front end on your own machine. No censorship or blocking is possible, all transactions are settled with a two party escrow system - don't release funds until you get the goods - extra deposits are made by both parties to incentivize closing the escrow.
