Is the request for email and telephone number relevant to the needs of non-custodial wallets and exchanges?
Tried to register but can't receive SMS code.

This is one of the safest and non hackable wallet ever built.
For a service that is less than 1 year old, it's a bit amusing to read. https://www.whois.com/whois/vaultfi.app
Wait until the number of vaults is attractive enough to hack.

I created an account and took a look inside. It looks unusual. That is, all the features seem pretty standard - nothing new, but the design is completely unconventional.

To deposit Bitcoin, the wallet gave me a Bech32 address. You state that the wallet is non-custodial. In that case, could you please tell me where I can find the private key for this address?

SMS working fine, can you tell me which country are you registering from? SMS and Email both Auth together for extra safety, we are working on customer auth where we give option to select either email or phone.

you can get your recovery phrases under security, once you add a passkey you can get them and use them to port wallet anywhere else. its under Wallet ownership & portability.

VaultFi uses blockchain as source of truth means nothing stored on server at all, means as long as you won't misplace your recovery phrases or compromise your own email or sms, there is no way someone can hack and empty your vault.
VaultFi do not use centralize wallets, changing customer email on file also not possible as Vaultfi has a system even Vaultfi server compromised and your email changed it auto revert to your original.

^^

Coldcard does not store funds centrally either, but that does not eliminate the nightmare scenario where keys are not generated with sufficient randomness. Now, we are once again presented with another service where the method of key generation and storage is unclear. I regret to say that this entails a two-fold risk (both internal and external).
