Users can share a unique link or embeddable widget and earn a percentage of referral swaps. Payouts are sent directly to the referrer's PulseChain wallet with no manual delays.

PLN Founder Token
PLN is a PRC-20 token on PulseChain that accumulates PulseLN exchange fees. It launched in 2023 via a free airdrop at zero value. Exchange fees are used to buy and burn PLN from the open market. Great questions!

For the rate - that 1,000,000 is in satoshis, so it's really just 0.01 BTC. We prioritize Lightning BTC support, so we moved to a "sat" standard earlier than many services.

For blocked regions - we determine eligibility by IP and OFAC-banned addresses before the swap is initiated. A user in a restricted region would see an alert notifying them before any coins leave their own wallet.
In edge cases where a user isn't actually a resident of the country they're visiting, or their IP gets misattributed to a restricted region, using a VPN to bypass the restriction is perfectly fine as long as it's not a sanctioned address.

For On-chain BTC - we have instructions on the deposit page that walk users through moving on-chain BTC to Lightning before initiating a swap.
Since our goal is speed (swaps settle in about 10 seconds), waiting 20–60 minutes for confirmations isn't ideal, so we help users complete the conversion themselves.

For Support - If anything goes wrong, an automatic refund process kicks in for supported assets.
If there's still an issue after that, our live support team is available 24/7 (Click the Question Mark Button at bottom right of the page)— no personal information or signup required; just provide a tx hash or sending address and we'll take it from there.

1. PulseLN launched in 2023 and added the Instant Payout Referral Program in early 2024.

2. For Fiat on/off-ramping - fiat purchases are handled by independent third-party processors, so we never see or store that personal information. We aggregate rates from 100+ services and show you the best ones;
You complete the on/off-ramp directly with them, at a discount. Your identity data stays between you and the processor (if they require it, some don't).

We also provide users with an additional list of services (PulseLN Fiat Onramps) that may suit their needs, whether NoKYC, CEX, or DEX.

3. For Limits - yes, there are limits. Each swap pair has its own min/max deposit range shown in the widget before you send.
