So you are doing exchange from 10 years but I've never seen you before nor your yahoo id. I tried to search but got no results.
Mind giving me your wmid so i can check your BL.

Edit: BL is 0 but WMID is old, but since I can not confirm if it is his id or someone else's, It's better to use escrow.

You are completely right, maybe you don't because I was a local exchanger and I was not from those famous exchangers which you know,

I have only exchanged E-GOLD, Liberty and Webmoney and form time of Liberty Cut-Off I have no WM transfer, but at that time, it was about 150,
