Two days after you registered on Bitcointalk, you posted this. You have no reputation yet and no one know the source of your funds, although there are tools that can be used to check it.

For anyone that will accept your transaction, I will advise the person to let you use escrow and the person should also use AML checker to know if the coins is not illegally gotten it not.

Why not use a no-KYC or decentralized exchange instead?

Are you having any challenges with the available P2P exchanges that would let you exchange fiat for crypto that we probably do not know about? I am very certain with the amount you want to exchange, it's very possible with those services at fairer rates.
