In most countries one body handles both licensing as long as it has to do with gambling, but they give out different licences to operators and different to game providers, which the casino owners own is where most of us pay attention to, while game providers still battle to get certified by these countries, but I also think there is a general licensing body for game providers like the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which is well recognised and respected for casino licensing. If there isn’t such for providers then it will be a big hassle for them.

A crucial point to note is that a game provider's licence is not. Just to allow the game provider to play its games. The provider might have to obtain regulatory approval to create or provide gambling software. And the casino may require authorization to provide gambling services. Well, I would guess that it has been discussed already; we have a simple explanation. I believe both license is actually essential because game providers license is totally different from casino license. Game provider license shows that they meet some requirements to offer their games, while casino license gives the casino the chance to operate under some  rules.

But license doesn’t mean that everything will eventually work perfect. That’s why gamblers need to check both the casino and the game provider before they play, because when problem  occurs, license can give you good way to see redress.

Both the casino operator anf the game providers are licensed by the same body, the regulators but their licenses differ. The operators obtain B2C licenses while the provider obtain B2B licenses. Casino game providers obtain their licenses from the regulators  to ensure that the game is fair and RNG-tested among other things. On the part of the casino, they obtain the licensed to be able to legally host the games from the providers.

I have always wanted to ask this question: if you visit some casinos, they will allow you to play some sports games and even some slot games, but some of the games' providers restrict players from some countries from accessing their games. In my opinion, if you get cheated by playing casino even after getting a license, who will be responsible for it, you or me or the casino or the license that is being trusted. Because gambling does not run on a license but runs with trust, whether you make it with a license or something like that. If the license works with the grantee completely and completely eliminates cheating, then every gambler should take it because it will benefit them.
